    3.valid only for use of Deptt./company to which the permission is issued(Non-transferabe).
    4.Use of residential/colony/roads strictly prohibited unless destined.
    5.It is mandatory to keep valid Pollution Under Control Certificate in the Vehicle.
    6.Vehicles not fitted with Speed Governor is liable for prosecution and permission is also liable to be withdrawn.
    7.Vehicles shall strictly follow the directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and Hon'ble Delhi High Court.
    8.Only original permission is valid.Scanned or Photostat Copies are invalid.
    9."No Entry Permission" does not grant immunity to the permission holder from action under Motor Vehicles Rules
    and regulations.Prosecution action shall be taken against him as per the normal course of law.
    10.In case vehicles is found violating any of the permit conditions, permission will be cancelled.
    11.This permission is liable to be cancelled in case of vehicle is involved in any road accident.
    12.Vehicle shall avoid route of procession ,rallies etc.as notified in Newspaper.
    13.This permission does not give the right for future annual,renewal or extension.
    14.This vehicle will not use VVIP route for transit to their destination.
    15.Granted NEP Permission will not be considered as valid if the validity of PUCC and Fitness document that was necessary for
    obtaining NEP has expired.
    16. Only colored copy of sticker will be considered as valid at the time of checking of any vehicle.
