    SEAT BELT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY(for Manual Seat) INSTALLATION

    CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

    HINT:
    · Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.
    · The procedures listed below are for LHD vehicles.

    PROCEDURE

    1.INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH 73230

    a. Install the front seat belt anchor plate.

    b. Install the front seat inner belt assembly LH with


    the nut.
    Torque:
    42 N*m (428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf)

    NOTICE:
    Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat
    inner belt assembly LH to overlap the protruding
    part of the front seat adjuster.

    c. Attach the wire harness clamp.

    *a Protruding Part

    d. Close the cover as shown in the illustration.

    Install in this Direction

    e. Attach the wire harness clamp and connector clamp.

    f. Install the band in the position shown in the


    illustration.

    2.INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH 73240

    a. Install the front seat belt anchor plate.

    b. Install the front seat inner belt assembly RH with


    the nut.
    Torque:
    42 N*m (428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf)

    NOTICE:
    Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat
    inner belt assembly RH to overlap the protruding
    part of the front seat adjuster.

    c. Attach the wire harness clamp.

    *a Protruding Part

    d. Close the cover as shown in the illustration.
