SUBJECT : Progress & Final Report re: Robbery Incident

I.AUTHORITY

1.) Office Order # 26-11-21 (year) fm COP, dtd 25 November 2021 re: Conduct of
Investigation on Alleged Robbery Incident per Blotter Entry # 00001 and Spot
Report sent to higher hqs dtd 25 November 2021 re: aforesaid Crime
Occurrence.

II. MATTERS INVESTIGATED:

2.) To investigate and find the truthfulness of the allegations against the group of
Pedro Mapera et al re: Robbery Incident last 25 November 2021 resulting of carting
jewels and cash amounting approximately one million.

3.) To find out the occurrences that transpired of the alleged Robbery Incident of
Palawan Branch located at Rich St, Billionaire, Dollar Province.
III. FACTS OF THE CASE:

4.) The group of Pedro Mapera, Jose Singkwenta, Boy Logro & Rolly de Dies was
allegedly known as notorious Robbers. On the early evening of 24 November 2021 the
group except Boy Logro planned to rob the Palawan Branch located along Rich St.,
Billionaire, Province of Dollar.

At about 0100H on the next day, the y executed their plan buy destroying the
all the lock with a bolt cutter of Palawan Branch mentioned above and immediately
entered and carted all the cash and jewelries amounting almost to 1 million. As they
were about to go away from the said place one security officer (Fred Mabantayon)
about 3 business establishments away had noticed the three and sounded his whistle.
But the suspect ran away fast and drove their get away vehicle parked far from the
crime scene. Fred Mabantayon then immediately called the Police Station and reported
the incident he observed.

The police found out that the door entrance was destroyed and the safe was
also broken. They had started their investigation by collecting trace evidence, fingerprint
and the CCTV footage. Upon questioning with Fred, the investigators found that the
latter described positively the identity (clothing) of the person he seen as same as who
were in the cctv footage.

After a week Pedro Mapera, Jose Singkwenta, Boy Logro & Rolly de Dies
were arrested but denied the allegations reasoning out that they were in another
place when the robbery transpired and they just arrived from the Province of
Mangarico.

IV. DISCUSSIONS:

5.) Upon testimony (Annex B) of the security officer, Fred Mabantayon that he saw the
group of the known notorious robbers.

6.) Likewise, it was also disclosed during investigation through the CCTV footage and
the fingerprint specimen that matched with the suspects.

7.) However, Boy Logro will be ousted from this case.

V. CONCLUSION:

8.) Based to the information deduced into the testimony of the witness and evidences
gathered:
a.) Pedro Mapera, Jose Singkwenta and Rolly de Dies robbed the Palawan
Branch located at Rich St, Billionaire, Dollar Province by the use of bolt
cutter, destroying the lock of the said establishment which is in violation
to Article 293 of the Revised Penal Code.

VI. RECOMMENDATION:

9.) Based on the aforementioned premises, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that a case of


ROBBERY be filed against the accused, the group of PEDRO MAPERA, JOSE SINGKWENTA
and ROLLY DE DIES robbing the Palawan Branch located at Rich St, Billionaire, Dollar
Province.
