The Practice- A Brief Sketch:


The Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice is a part of Accenture Strategy and focuses on our
clients’ most strategic priorities. We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative
R&D transformation, aimed at redefining business models using agile methodologies.

We provide you with a great learning ground, deep-rooted in agile strategies, where you will get
an opportunity to advice and work with our key global clients, driving end-to-end transformative
strategic value and business growth. As a part of this high performing team, these are some of
the initiatives you will drive:

1. Business problem assessment: Identifying, assessing and solving complex business


problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation.
2. Managing Complex deal structures: Mobilization and governance of major change
programs from inception to maintenance and leveraging new technologies to drive
business value.
3. New business process designs: Designing new business processes based on customer
requirements and conducting user review sessions.

implementations across multiple technology domains
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills - ability to convey technology and
business value propositions to senior stakeholders
• Team oriented and collaborative working style, both with clients and those within the
organization.
• Capability to develop high impact thought leadership that articulates a forward-thinking
view of the market.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and client relationships
• Ability to objectively identify, evaluate and select technology platforms and tools
that enable customer transformation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead and/or mentor global
distributed teams.
• Proven track record in working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving
environment
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment with effective consulting
skills
• Proven track record to quickly understand the key value drivers of a business, how they
impact the scope and approach of the engagement
• Demonstrated ability to develop younger talent and build a high performing team.
• Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements
• Comfort conveying both high-level and detailed information, adjusting the way ideas are
presented to better address varying social styles and audiences
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills - ability to convey technology and
business value propositions to senior stakeholders

Your experience counts!


• Bachelor’s degree
• MBA Degree from Tier-1 College (Preferable)
• Language Proficiency: Japanese (JLPT N1 and N2 Equivalent) (Preferable)
• Minimum of 9-12 years consulting experience in a consulting environment or at high tech
companies
• Good understanding of business parameters and drivers and the ability to articulate
technology issues in business terms and vice-versa
• Deep experience in one or more of the following:
• Agile – Experience in leading enterprise-wide Agile transformations. Experience with
one or more Agile development methodologies (i.e., Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, etc.),
proficient in defining a DevOps roadmap in conjunction with a continuous improvement
framework and expert knowledge of the business implications of an Agile
Transformation.
• Cloud – Experience in Cloud Assessment, Business case, Cloud Architecture and Cloud
Deployment. Proficient on one or more cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
Platform, etc.
• AI - Experience with Automation, Machine learning and NLP applications. Skilled in
assessment, design, architecture, product & tools evaluation for AI implementation
• 5G- Experience in 5G Network architecture - build, deployment & operations,
development of 5G enabled business models & use-cases
• Digital Architecture – Experience in digital solution assessment, digital capability, and
maturity assessment. Experience in designing Omni-Channel platforms, designing
personalization framework and customer experience solutions, and defining technology
roadmap aligned with digital strategy. Experience of developing reference architecture
for Digital Enterprise solution, developing Integration Architecture, Analytics Architecture,
Data Lake and Data Warehouse Architecture etc.
• Security – Assessment, Designing & Solutioning Cyber Security solutions. Integration of
Security Solutions to the Enterprise systems and with latest technologies like Cloud, IoT
etc.
• Transformation Management – Experience of Program management & Governance
and the implications of latest technologies on program transformation. Proficient in
managing the financials of a program and stakeholder management. Scrum and agile
transformation experience. PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification will be an added
advantage.
• Capable of building end to end business solutions
• Experience in the one or more of the following industry segments – Banking, Insurance,
Retail, CPG, Lifesciences, Healthcare, Telecom & Energy
