consumption of such drinks by children, its consumption is mostly by youths. Students and

diabetes, sleeping disorders and dental problems (Reissig, 5). As the beverages are good for gym,
their consumption can lead to weight gains. Energy dinks are extremely addictive because of
caffeine and sugar mostly in teen and children. Some energy beverages are very addictive
leading to children developing early substance habit traits. Most energy drinks are not regulated.
The Drug and Food Administration (FDA) only limits caffeine levels at 70 mg for every 12
