providing solutions to the issues raised by the students throughout the consultation period.
She is also a reflective thinker because, after instructing the students, she discusses her
opinions, ideas, and insights about the topic.
2. Which demonstrated behavior, do you find in the teacher that is worthy of emulation when
you become a teacher? Describe.
Answer: The demonstrated behavior I’ve observed in the teacher that is worthy of emulation
when I become a teacher is that she is well-prepared, establish fair and transparent
expectations, exhibit a good outlook, patient with students, and consistently evaluate her
teaching. Furthermore, she is completely aware that various students learn in various ways, as
a result she’s able to modify her teaching tactics to meet the students and the topic. Hence, I
want to model this behavior and these teaching methods because I think that teaching is more
than just stuffing information into students' heads; it's also about providing them with the
nourishment they need to grow into better people.
Activity 3: REFLECTION
1. Are you inspired to become a teacher after your observation? If Yes, Why? If No, Why
not?
Answer: Yes, I got more inspired to pursue my degree after observing the resource teacher in
action. What inspires me to pursue a career in education is witnessing how much the students
enjoying participating and how evident it is from the look on their faces that they are ready to
learn. A teacher who is knowledgeable about the material they will be teaching and who
effectively manages their time is what inspired me the most.
2. When you become a teacher in the future, how else would you do better as a professional
teacher?
Answer: When I become a teacher in the future, I would do better as a professional teacher
by opening and widening my perspective to different opinions and ideas. Being a teacher
means we are still learning new things every day, not that we already know everything.
Regardless of what we teach, I think our knowledge in a variety of disciplines will grow and
expand. Due to the fact that teaching forces us to step outside of ourselves in a way we may
never have before, teachers also gain a great amount of understanding into who they are as
individuals and as teachers. By opening and widening my perspective to different opinions
and ideas, I will learn how to manage stress better, how to work with others, especially with
children, and by better understanding how to communicate and teach. The organizational

skills I will develop from planning lessons and grading assignments will also be beneficial.
Additionally, I believe that what we learn from our own students is what makes our work so
enjoyable. Many students bring their personal life experiences to the classroom, and some of
what they have to share may enlightened us in unexpected ways. Our perspective can be
widened by listening to our students when they desire to express their thoughts, which will
help us become well and more professionally teachers.
