Municipality of Jagna

I. Mandate
 To regulate the entry and inspect operations of all Business
Establishments in the Municipality of Jagna.
 To undertake Business Tax Assessment, Issuance of Business
Permits and Licenses, Monitoring and Imposition of mandatory
standards to ensure compliance with applicable Laws, rules and
Regulations.
 Recording of all Business Establishments in order to protect the
interests of the public and to promote Commercial and Industrial
activity and to deliver back the basic services for the General Welfare
of the Municipality.

II. Vision
To deliver the highest possible quality service and provide prompt, fast and
efficient, honest and courteous service to all clients and to the public in
general.

III. Mission
The Business Permit and Licensing Section is tasked to issue permit to
Business Establishments operating within the Municipality in coordination with
various line offices of the Government Unit and concerned National Agencies.
It ensures that operations of Business have complied with safety and
Business Taxation purposes.
