sources. These project planning techniques makes a company work process more efficient and
successful. Following the leadings of project planning, it is an important element that impacts
the company, it’s processes and helps them to achieve it (Zwikael and Globerson, 2004). The

includes employee team building and coordination among each other. This coordination will
3

help them to approach the tasks in a better way. Each and every task planned in a project
planning has its own schedule and time allocation to be executed that impacts the success

company Bangles International Jewelry, depends on several steps that includes tasks and tools
that enables the structure for executing it. Each step has a different role in mapping out the
progression that impacts the success ratio of the business and has better data analysis (Hanisch
and Wald, 2011). The tasks and steps involved in project planning are project analytics, data
sources, collecting data, quality data checking, documenting data, data sourcing, data exploring,

Framework of Data Analytics

The data analytics framework is known to be a concrete system for effectively managing the
data analytics. This framework provides different stages and data teams, each one consists of
tools and processes. Every task in the stages of framework has specific role and outcome. This
area of the report would describe the stages of the framework that is included for the analysis
of Bangles International Jewelry (Schaefer and Makatsaria, 2021). The Data analytics framework
have different stages and steps involved. Firstly, the main goal of the framework is to clear the
objective and purpose. The next step would be collecting quality data and later the data
gathered is also checked. After this, the next stage does the filtering and cleaning of the
unnecessary data in order to remove errors and for better results in analysis. The filtering of
data requires removing errors, which is next ensured for enhancing and organizing the data to
maintain better results. This stage and step are involved in data enhancement. When the data
is enhanced and organized, the further step involves the analysis of that data. The data analysis
covers the whole data for evaluating and interpreting by following the machine learning
techniques and artificial intelligence approaches. After all this enhancement and analysis, the
data is further visualized in the form of charts and graphs.
6

Later, enhancing the data, the next step includes the evaluation of data and interpretation by
following advanced techniques of machine and deep learning (Massmann et al., 2020).

Framework of BIJ

Collection of Data
In this initial step of framework, data is collected from the sources of the company Bangles
international jewelry. In this stage, the data is being collected from accurate sources and
analyzed further to find and resolve different issues. The useless data or information is deleted
to generate high quality analysis results (Sarker, 2021). In this report, all the data is being
gathered from the sources of BIJ’s databases that have all the records of sales during the
campaign. The data is generated during the marketing campaign by different categories like
country, sales performances, sales value, city, marketing value etc. Collecting data should be
created in proper organized format. It’s not necessary for the data to show any validity but
should have quality for acquiring results in analysis.

Data Cleansing and Transformation

7

The next step in the data analytics framework focuses on the cleaning and filtering of data after
being collected. Data collected from different sources can contain dirt and will automatically
impact the accuracy of the results. It’s a process of fixing the incorrect, duplicated,
unformatted, corrupted data of the dataset. The data being collected from the sources of BIJ’s
company in the marketing campaign is further transformed by removing errors (Ridzuan and
Wan Zainon, 2019).

Enhancement of Data
In this third stage of framework, the data is more ensured to be enhanced and cleansed for the
better result in accomplishing the data analysis. The more the data is enhanced the better
chances are formed for accuracy of the results. The data must be formulated according to the
integration and alignment to avoid errors and misunderstandings. The example can be the
records of BIJ’s company that is fully integrated and organized (Adnan, Akbar and Wang, 2021).

Data Analytics
The fourth stage consists of data analytics in the analytical framework. This step helps to
analyze the raw data and to make conclusions about it. Advanced AI techniques and machine
learning approaches are followed for making this step progress. The data analysts follow these
advanced techniques for acquiring better understanding of the BIJ’s marketing campaign and to
implement it real-time. The sales values and performances are measured and compared
properly by these approaches with other domains (Hussain and Roy, 2016).

Visualization of Data
The fifth and last stage of the analytics framework demands the visualization of data in the
form of graphs, charts or histograms. This visual representation of data and information helps
in the communication for making data driven decisions and insights easy. Insights of the data
gives clear prediction of the analysis about the campaign whether successful or not (Vafeiadis
et al., 2019).
8

Key Performance Indicators

The term key performance indicators for the company BIJ indicates the analyzation and
evaluation of the key performances completed by company to provide intended results. The
right and appropriate key indicators would help creating the analytical decision more accurate
(Kaganski et al., 2017). Considering the case of the company, Bangles International Jewelry,
employee coordination and customer satisfaction would be the key indicators for it in making
the marketing campaign into a huge success for the domain of UK region. The things like
coordination between employees and team building can be crucial for decision making in order
to make the business successful as everyone has their own opinions and concerns. For this, the
company employees should be appreciated and motivated regarding the marketing sales and
making them higher in sales. No coordination between employees can result in no
understanding will result in drift apart the success of the marketing campaign. There would be
no such influence on the audience, thus they will show no interest in the campaign.
Coordination and engagement among the employees are necessary for any organization in
making them a top priority for the customers. The other main key indicator about customer
9

satisfaction and their approval is necessarily important. All the marketing sales and reputation
is made on the basis of customer satisfaction. Bangles International should have the strategies
for improving better customer service and support for acquiring better quality sales result.
Customer satisfaction and gratitude is all a company needs for making a sustainable business
(Kowal, 2019). The company should focus on the trends and interests of the audience in order
to make them satisfied. BIJ should always welcome the feedback from the customers and have
room for the improvement. Company should focus on the failures and issues of the campaigns
by adopting the strategies and techniques of data analytics.

Issues for Data Quality and Remedies

While gathering the data, it can have many issues like duplicated, incorrected format,
corrupted, incomplete information. Data quality issues justifies these issues for not having
accuracy and validation in the data. During the marketing campaign of BIJ, the data quality
issues were encountered that may affect the analysis (Zhang, Indulska and Sadiq, 2019). The
issues highlighted during the evaluation are Negative values in sales, data duplication, correct
format, impacts the revenue, impact on decision making, confusion of markets and domains
etc. If the negative values appear in the sales performances of the company, it will impact the
reputation of the company into negative.

Negative Values in Data

Remedies for Issues

The issues encountered during the analysis of data quality can be resolved. The issues like
duplications, negative values can easily be resolved using some of the remedies. The issue for
the negative values impacting the image of the company was resolved by using the data
analytic framework techniques of transforming and enhancing data. The data was gathered in
the Microsoft Excel file, and is resolved by using functions of it. Firstly, the data was being
filtered, finding the errors and replacing it functions were choose to resolved the errors under
sales volume. Similarly, the problem of confusion among the countries USA and UK were
replaced accordingly. The refined data extracted and filtered from analysis would provide
better outcome for understanding the campaign and its comparison towards other origins.

The picture under shows the practical implementation of the functions in the Microsoft Excel.
