Introduction:
The concept of ‘intuition’ is getting greater now a days in modern age. Talking about data
driven decisions, the process helps to inform decision making by using data to validate the
performances and to generate predictions in a business. This is considered for creating real-
time insights in a business. Data driven decisions have proved to be important in a business as it
gives great transparency and accountability, makes decisions faster, provides more
improvement and continuous innovation (Szukits, 2022). This report will analyze the
accomplishments made by a company named Bangles International Jewelry in a marketing
campaign held in UK. The company has made investment considering UK’s market with the help
of data analytics. Following the concepts and strategies of data analytics and decision making,
the company could easily make a huge rise and success in the business rather than other
countries. The concepts of charts like Gantt chart and other bar graphs have been used for
providing visual understanding of marketing analysis and sales performances (Brückner et al.,
2020). By these visuals, we would effortlessly evaluate the difference of sales or others
between other marketing domains as well. All the marketing issues, lower sales problems or
other issues generated in the marketing campaign will be discussed in the following topics. The
impact on sales whether positive or negative during the campaign will be analyzed. In this
report, real-time problems of marketing campaign and the solutions to these issues will be
discussed with the help of data analytics approaches.
help them to approach the tasks in a better way. Each and every task planned in a project
planning has its own schedule and time allocation to be executed that impacts the success
outcomes and efficiency in data analysis. Highlighting the project planning framework of the
company Bangles International Jewelry, depends on several steps that includes tasks and tools
that enables the structure for executing it. Each step has a different role in mapping out the
progression that impacts the success ratio of the business and has better data analysis (Hanisch
and Wald, 2011). The tasks and steps involved in project planning are project analytics, data
sources, collecting data, quality data checking, documenting data, data sourcing, data exploring,
project management, acquisition, maintenance, data analysis, market comparison, evaluation
and data visualizing.
The creation of tasks of the company Bangles International Jewelry under project planning
approaches are described below. The tasks and processes are fully organized with project
planning techniques.
Later, enhancing the data, the next step includes the evaluation of data and interpretation by
following advanced techniques of machine and deep learning (Massmann et al., 2020).
Framework of BIJ
Collection of Data
In this initial step of framework, data is collected from the sources of the company Bangles
international jewelry. In this stage, the data is being collected from accurate sources and
analyzed further to find and resolve different issues. The useless data or information is deleted
to generate high quality analysis results (Sarker, 2021). In this report, all the data is being
gathered from the sources of BIJ’s databases that have all the records of sales during the
campaign. The data is generated during the marketing campaign by different categories like
country, sales performances, sales value, city, marketing value etc. Collecting data should be
created in proper organized format. It’s not necessary for the data to show any validity but
should have quality for acquiring results in analysis.
The next step in the data analytics framework focuses on the cleaning and filtering of data after
being collected. Data collected from different sources can contain dirt and will automatically
impact the accuracy of the results. It’s a process of fixing the incorrect, duplicated,
unformatted, corrupted data of the dataset. The data being collected from the sources of BIJ’s
company in the marketing campaign is further transformed by removing errors (Ridzuan and
Wan Zainon, 2019).
Enhancement of Data
In this third stage of framework, the data is more ensured to be enhanced and cleansed for the
better result in accomplishing the data analysis. The more the data is enhanced the better
chances are formed for accuracy of the results. The data must be formulated according to the
integration and alignment to avoid errors and misunderstandings. The example can be the
records of BIJ’s company that is fully integrated and organized (Adnan, Akbar and Wang, 2021).
Data Analytics
The fourth stage consists of data analytics in the analytical framework. This step helps to
analyze the raw data and to make conclusions about it. Advanced AI techniques and machine
learning approaches are followed for making this step progress. The data analysts follow these
advanced techniques for acquiring better understanding of the BIJ’s marketing campaign and to
implement it real-time. The sales values and performances are measured and compared
properly by these approaches with other domains (Hussain and Roy, 2016).
Visualization of Data
The fifth and last stage of the analytics framework demands the visualization of data in the
form of graphs, charts or histograms. This visual representation of data and information helps
in the communication for making data driven decisions and insights easy. Insights of the data
gives clear prediction of the analysis about the campaign whether successful or not (Vafeiadis
et al., 2019).

satisfaction and their approval is necessarily important. All the marketing sales and reputation
is made on the basis of customer satisfaction. Bangles International should have the strategies
for improving better customer service and support for acquiring better quality sales result.
Customer satisfaction and gratitude is all a company needs for making a sustainable business
(Kowal, 2019). The company should focus on the trends and interests of the audience in order
to make them satisfied. BIJ should always welcome the feedback from the customers and have
room for the improvement. Company should focus on the failures and issues of the campaigns
by adopting the strategies and techniques of data analytics.

Table B: Comparison
The comparisons of sales and volumes are two different categories of the company considering
in the market. The highest records of sales and volumes were recorded in the year 2020 in UK
marketing region. Customers were more attracted and interest for the products like wrist
bracelets and head bands. This interest of the public helped in maintaining the revenue of the
company in a profitable way. For Japan market, hair bands were the most demanded in the
year of 2018-2019 in sales. Talking about USA sales, necklaces were highly demanded and sold
in the year of 2020.
The picture below shows the comparison in the categories about sales according to the
different marketing demands.
