2. INSPECTION / CHECK

- Visually check the condition of the outer retainer and the inner retainer (no damage,
impact, signs of corrosion).

- In case of signs of deterioration, the affected part must be replaced.

3. DISASSEMBLY

1. Put the panel (outer face down) on a table.

2. Loosen the screws and the nuts (P/N : ASNA2026V3-18 and ASNA2528-3).
3. Remove all the nuts.
4. Remove the inner retainer.
5. Remove the window from the outer retainer.
6. Remove all the spacers.
7. Remove all the screws.

4. ASSEMBLY

1. Put the outer retainer (outer face down) on a table.

2. Put four screws (P/N : ASNA2026V3-18) and four spacers (P/N : SPSA320-AR130) at the
four corners.

4. Put the inner retainer in position and install the four new nuts on the four screws to hold
the two retainers together (do not fully tighten them).

5. Turn the window assembly outer face up.

6. Make sure that the window is in the center of the outer retainer. The clearance « J » between
the edge of the silicone seal and the retainer must be the same all around the window.

7. Put some PR1773 B2 in each countersinking.

8. Put all the screws, the spacers and the new nuts in position (do not fully tighten them).
9. Torque the screws with a torque wrench (dry
tightening torque : 0.35 to 0.45 m/daN), as shown
on the following figure.

10. Remove the four screws used in step 2 to hold the two retainers together.
11. Put some PR1773 B2 in the countersinking.
12. Put the four screws, the spacers and the new nuts in position (do not fully tighten them).
13. Torque the nuts with a torque wrench (dry tightening torque : 0.35 to 0.45 m/daN).
14. Fill the clearance between the retainer and the edge of the silicone seal with PR 1773 B2 and
apply with a spatula. PR 1773 B2
