1. SUMMARY FOR THIS WEEK’S ACTIVITIES:

OH after last C-Insp. 2013 99696
• Mechanical
a) Remove GT Burners and Burners Pipes Connections.
b) Remove CC Enclosure.
c) Removal Air Intake Expansion joint.
d) Remove Air intake intermediate pieces.
e) Took QA and required measurements and before lifting Turbine Casing Upper Part.
f) Blow off valves removed.
g) Took QA and required measurements and after lifting Turbine Casing Upper Part.
h) GT and Comp. Casing Removed
i) Remove GT Combustion Champer Upper Zone.
j) Remove GT Hot Parts Upper casing and Equipment.
k) Remove Vane carrier upper half.
l) Comp. Diffuser upper half Removed.
m) Take bearings Measurements.
n) Bearing 1-2 and thrust upper and Lower halves Removed.
o) Lift GT Rotor and put at stands as normal.
p) Remove GT Hot Parts Lower parts (CC, Comp, Diffuser. Bearings& Vane Carrier).
q) Remove all Air Intake Filter Elements , and Prepair to Change.
r) Clean and Repair welding for some defects at Air Intake Filter House.
s) NDT Test Supplier started Preparation for the Requested Parts to Inspect.
t) An Assessment Guy from ALGEC arrived to The site and started inspect and assist the hot
Parts.
u) Disconnect Gas Fuel Valves and cut the Gas Pipe.
v) Start Cleaning work and prepair for Rotor, GT Hot Parts, GT Casings, Compressore
Casings, Combustion Chamber Parts, Compressore Row 13- 21 and GT Fuel Nozzles, Fuel
Oil, Gas Fuel Parts, and Generator Electric Parts ( Gen Rotor, Gen Stator and Other Parts)
Inspection.

x) Continuo to Remove Five Stages of GT Turbine Vanes completely.
y) Continuo to Remove GT Compressore Blades of Compressore Rotor.
z) Remove Compressore Blades from Row 12 to 21 , Completed.
aa) Check and review Gecol delivered Compressor Blades & Vanes Spare Parts and Hardware.
bb) Conti. Prepair all Compressore Vanes with hardware and ready to start installation.
cc) Conti. Prepair all Compressore Blade with hardware and ready to start installation
• Generator
dd) Open Generator Two side for Inspection and Start Preparation of Gen Rotor Removing out.
ee) Install Req Tools for Gen Remove tool to Be Ready for the scope.
ff) Remove Gen Rotor out, Completely.
gg) Start Cleaning work and prepair for Rotor & Stator Inspection.
• Comb.Chamber
hh) Take set of Reading before dismantle C.C.
ii) Remove Fuel pipes from C.C .
jj) Dismantling CC Upper Zone.
kk) Comb.chamber Upper Zone and Lower Zone were Removed.
ll) Start Repair and Inspection for themal parts of CC.
