    Dear Eng. Hassan

    Please be informing that the chairman and director former (Eng. Nagh ) was retired and new chairman &director
    assigned on the first of October 2016 (Ge. Abd El Nasr Ahmed Sallam)

    Once he assigned some decisions was taken

    Before mention these decision we will shows how the Nasr mining company dealing with the contractors (Mantrac
    Customers too)

    There are 2 Systems Nasr mining dealing with contractors

    1- Completing system

    In these system the contractor start digging until reach to the clear phosphate material then send these material to
    Nasr company after that he take his money ,the following advantage and disadvantage this system
    - The price of phosphate very high
    - Long time taken to reach to the phosphate layers may be extend to one year without take any money from
    Nasr mining
    - The quantity of these layers sometimes less than expecting target
    - The quality of these layers sometimes less than the quality needs or Nasr mining not needed it in the specific
    time so customer can’t send it and he stopped
    - Little contracts have these system

    2- Engineering System

    In these system in the day one the contractors start transferee any material and send it to Nasr mining and take his
    money , the following advantage and disadvantage this system
    - Almost the customer have deal with Nasr company by this system
    - The contracts take his money every 2 weeks according to how volume material were send to Nasr Co.
    - Not important the quality or quantity which send
    - Low price of these material

    The new decision was taken as the following

    1- Stopped all contract with the contractors which working by Engineering System
    2- Encourage the contractors which work by completing system
    3- Stopped provide the contractors by fuel for credit
    4- Decrease the phosphate price for export from 44$ to 35$
    5- Take new contracts for exporting cause he decrease the price in international market and become
    competitive with Phosphate Misr Company again
