MONDAY:
Find a group that best resonates with you, based on your passions and interests, on Facebook. Write a post or make
a video that is filled with value. Post it on your personal page and share it in the group(s) For example: if I do a
facebook live on tips to grow your MLM business, I will then share it in to MLM groups (READ THE RULES! Some
groups dont allow shared videos, be aware of this to help you grow while being respectful to the groups)
Engage with 3 peoples posts in the group(s) with thoughtful comments and find one person to become friends with
and start messaging them in messenger to get to know them "Hey Susie, we’re both in the same group and it seems
like we have so much in common! I love being able to connect with new, amazing people and I love your content and
posts! Tell me more about you! What do you do and where are you from?”
TUESDAY:
Do a curiosity post — Pick your favourite product so far and do a post about it! Don’t show the label or say the
company name. Create CURIOSITY
WEDNESDAY:
Give value —do a post adding value to your followers and friends: summer hacks, business tips, great recipe, the book
you're reading... Just make it valuable. Use a great photo to go along with your post.
THURSDAY:
Do a live video product review - don't show the company name or outwardly say what it is (keep the mystery alive)
talk about the benefits, about why you love it and results you've seen. Ask for engagement and follow up with people
who comment. Do a call to action, ASK for a specific response that you can use to help you grow your business.
(Example: drop a 1 If you need more energy.)
FRIDAY:
Do an engagement post or use the poll feature on Facebook — multiple choice question, outfit choice,
dream destination... something easy for your followers to engage and comment on. For example: if you had the
choice between Australia, Israel, Japan, or Hawaii which would you choose? (Show a picture collage of all 4) when
people engage on your posts, it tells Facebook that your content is valuable and it gets further reach. You want more
people engaging with you so they are seeing your content.
SATURDAY
find your favourite training (give credit where you got it) Do a recap video about what you learned to teach and help
people. If you consistently teach/add value - people will look to you as a leader! Example of people to choose from:
Tony Robbins, Lewis Howe, Ed mylett, Amy Porterfield, Rachel Hollis, Brene brown, etc!!

ACTION TIP: send a private message to everyone who had a birthday YESTERDAY or this week and ask them how
their birthday was and what they did for the day.
SUNDAY:
10 things about you - people want to know! They care about you!! Add some emojis (tastefully) and add a
great selfie (beautyplus app) or a collage of photos to catch the eye! (Werble and Lumyer are fun apps for
added affect and to catch the eye) Remember, people join people — they want to know you and be able to
relate to you!
MONDAY:
Let's do something funny or creative! HAVE FUN!! People love to follow those that inspire, educate, add
value, AND entertain! Share a funny meme, tell a funny story, record yourself dancing silly in your kitchen.
People are drawn to happy, funny, and entertaining videos and people. Draw people into you by showing off
your silly side! Remember: most people HATE Monday...make them smile today :)
TUESDAY:
Attention grabbing stats about the business or industry. Examples: • the chemicals in everyday products •
the success of Network Marketing • health and wellness being a trillion dollar industry • the future of
working online and how we're moving to a digital world. Tie it back to what you do … “so thankful I work
online” “So thankful I use clean products” “So thankful I work in this industry”
WEDNESDAY:
Curiosity post day! What have you tried that you're loving? Share it on your Facebook profile. Tell the team
when your posting and ask for testimonies + engagement to help boost your activity and comments.
Get
into a group that relates to this product and share your love for this product in a way that will help people.
*Must be done in a tasteful and creative way because most groups don't allow selling. Take the time to
allow yourself to get creative. This business requires creativity and if you’re not used to using that mental
muscle, now is the time!!
THURSDAY:
What's your story? Tell everyone about who you are, what you're passionate about, what inspires you and
why you're in this business. Relate and connect to people — Be vulnerable — it's ok to share your struggles
and how you overcome them! It's inspiring and helps people feel connected to you. Some of my best posts
are when I tell people that have hard days or that I struggle too. I always paint it in positive way and leave
people better than I found them.
FRIDAY:
Search Morgan Harper Nicols on Pinterest or instagram and share your favourite quote. Screen shot hers
or take the quote and make your own on the app Over, Unfold, or Canva. (make sure to use facebook
dimensions - horizontal, and not instagram - vertical.
ACTION TIP: Request to join 5 business groups on
Facebook. What's the best lesson you've learned so far in business? You may only be a week into your
business... but I know you've learned at least one thing!! Write a post teaching others and post it into your 5
new business/ networking groups.
