General
1. Maxis Postpaid (“Plan(s)”):Comprises of Maxis Postpaid 98, 108, 128, 158, 188, 248 or 368 plans.
2. You:Person(s) signing up for the Maxis Postpaid.
3. If you change your current rate plan to the new Maxis Postpaid, you will not be able to carry forward any
promotions/benefits that you are currently enjoying under your existing rate plan to your new Maxis Postpaid
subscribed to.
4. The use of the Plan(s) and Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at
https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/maxis-consumer/, Service Specific Terms &
Conditions (“SSTC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all
at maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/.
5. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
6. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall
be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
7. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, Plan(s) and our pricing. Where reasonably
practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user
guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on
the Plan(s) and Service(s) at maxis.com.my/tnc), including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of
the Service(s) and/or Plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of
Services and/or Plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you
shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the Plan(s) and/or
the use of the Services by giving us notice within 28 days from the Effective Date failing which you are
assumed to have accepted the changes.
Eligibility
8. You are ineligible for this Plan(s) if you owe us any payments.
9. This Plan(s) is inapplicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
Charges
10. The Plan(s) structure is in the appended Appendix and also published on our official website
at https://www.maxis.com.my/mobile-plans/as updated by us from time to time. Charges published are
exclusive of all applicable taxes.
11. A deposit of RM300 for Maxis Postpaid 98, 108, 128, 158, 188 is chargeable to non-Malaysians subscribing for
the Service(s).
12. Non-payment for any one of the Service package may result in suspension or barring of all the Services until
the outstanding amount is paid.
Unlimited Minutes and SMS'
13. You acknowledge and accept, for the voice & SMS' allocated with the Plan(s) that the unlimited minutes and
SMS' applies to:
a. domestic mobile ON-net usage (Maxis to Maxis calls and SMS’) for Maxis Postpaid lite & start (excluding
OFF-net usage (calls and SMS’ from Maxis to other Service Provider), calls to fixed lines, video calls, calls
to numbers with special charges e.g. 1-300/1-700/600 & 121, TM100, 1MOCC and 080-prefix numbers for
border calls to Brunei).
b. domestic mobile/fixed ON-net & OFF-net usage for Maxis Postpaid 98, 108, 128, 158 & 188 (excluding,
video calls, calls to numbers with special charges e.g. 1-300/1-700/600, 121, TM100, 1MOCC & 080-prefix
numbers for border calls to Brunei).
c. standard person-to-person calls or texts and not for any commercial and/ or non-personal usage;
d. non multiple simultaneous calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging,
application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialing, machine-to-machine
communication (including by using your SIM card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or
any other activity we consider to be non-standard usage.
14. We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend,
restrict the Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Service(s) if your
usage:
a. shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on our Network;
b. is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
c. is not in accordance with the Maxis Fair Usage Policy (at maxis.com.my/FUP); or
d. is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
15. For data allocated with the Plan(s), you acknowledge and accept:
a. You will experience data browsing at reduced speeds and with no EXCESS charges if any usage exceeds
the allocated mobile internet;
b. The mobile internet package allocated within the Plan(s) is exclusively for domestic usage only;
c. You may purchase one-time passes to add more data (non-recurring) BEFORE you exceed your mobile
internet package allocation. Such upgrade is available through your UMB, Maxis app, Maxis Online
Account or WAP menu and accessible through your Mobile Phone or other available Devices or channels
as we may inform you from time to time. Please refer to the attached Appendix for Data Booster passes
and/or Experiential passes;
d. You can opt for upgrades or downgrades of the Plan(s) at any Maxis stores or call our Contact Centres
(123) from your mobile;
e. If you upgrade or downgrade your existing Plan(s) to another Plan(s), your monthly commitment fee will
be pro-rated against your billing cycle date. You will be charged the full commitment fee from the second
month onwards but with full mobile internet package allocation from the first month.
Roaming
16. The rates outlined in the Plan(s) structure do not account for usages while on an overseas roaming network.

Termination
17. Subject to our GTC, a principal line holder may at any time terminate the Plan(s) as follows:
a. By calling our customer care line at 1-800-82-1123 or dial 123 from your mobile;
b. By walking into our Maxis Centres listed on www.maxis.com.my; or
c. By writing in to customercare@maxis.com.my

Eligibility
8. Subscriptions for this Plan(s) must be made and submitted by walking in to Maxis Centres, Maxis Exclusive
Partners or authorized dealers of Maxis in East Malaysia. You must be a Malaysian who reside in
Sabah/Sarawak and have a valid billing address in Sabah/Sarawak
9. You acknowledge and accept:
a. in a period of 3 months from the Plan(s) activation, an average of 75% of the Plan(s) usage of unlimited
minutes and SMS’ must be utilized from the Sabah, Sarawak, or Labuan.
b. The Mobile Internet package allocated within the Plan(s) is exclusively for domestic usage only. In addition
and for clarity, 50% of your time spent using this Mobile Internet package, within a period of 3 consecutive
months, must not be outside of Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan.
10. A principal line must be registered in your name and be an active account under the Plan(s) offered by us. You
are not entitled to the bill rebate if your account under the Plan(s) is suspended at the point of bill rebate
assignment.
11. You are ineligible for this Promotion if you have any outstanding payments with us.
12. This Plan(s) is inapplicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber, permanent, contract,
temporary employees of Maxis and staffs of Maxis Centres & Maxis Exclusive Partners (MEPs).
Charges
13. The Plan(s) structure is in the appended Appendix and also published on our official website
at https://www.maxis.com.my/mobile-plans/maxis-postpaid-68/ as updated by us from time to time. Charges
published are exclusive of all applicable taxes.
14. A deposit of RM300 for Maxis Postpaid 68 is chargeable to non-Malaysians subscribing for the Service(s).

the outstanding amount is paid.

b. domestic mobile/fixed ON-net & OFF-net usage for Maxis Postpaid 68, 98, 108, 128, 158 & 188 (excluding,
video calls, calls to numbers with special charges e.g. 1-300/1-700/600, 121, TM100, 1MOCC, 02-prefix
numbers for IDD calls to Singapore & 080-prefix numbers for border calls to Brunei).
c. standard person-to-person calls or texts and not for any commercial and/ or non-personal usage;
d. non multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling (unless you are subscribed to the conference calling
service with Maxis), re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person
communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialing, machine-to-machine communication (including by
using your SIM card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activity we consider
to be non-standard usage.

Postpaid account to be eligible to subscribe for this Plan(s).

Charges
10. The Plan(s) structure is in the appended Appendix and also published on our official website
at https://www.maxis.com.my/mobile-plans/as updated by us from time to time. Charges published are
exclusive of all applicable taxes including GST.
11. A deposit of RM150 is chargeable to non-Malaysian who sign up for Maxis Postpaid Share 48.
12. Non-payment for any one of the Service package may result in suspension or barring of all the Services until
the outstanding amount is paid.
13. You acknowledge and accept, for the voice & SMS' allocated with the Plan(s) that the unlimited minutes and
SMS' applies to:
a. domestic mobile ON-net usage (Maxis to Maxis calls and SMS’) for Maxis Postpaid lite & start (excluding
OFF-net usage (calls and SMS’ from Maxis to other Service Provider), calls to fixed lines, video calls, calls
to numbers with special charges e.g. 1-300/1-700/600 & 121, TM100, 1MOCC and 080-prefix numbers for
border calls to Brunei).
b. domestic mobile/fixed ON-net & OFF-net usage for Maxis Postpaid 98, 108, 128, 158 & 188 (excluding,

c. standard person-to-person calls or texts and not for any commercial and/ or non-personal usage;

calling service with Maxis), re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-
person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialing, machine-to-machine communication

1. The Plan: Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre comprising Maxis Postpaid 98, 108, 128, 158, 188, and Maxis
Fibre 30Mbps, 100Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps, 800Mbps.
2. You: Person signing up for the Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre (“the Services”).
3. If you change your current rate plan to the new Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre, you will not be able to
carry forward any promotions/benefits that you are currently enjoying under your existing rate plan to your
new Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre subscribed to.
4. The use of the Plan and Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions
(“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-consumer/, Service Specific
Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all

b. the Maxis Fibre 30Mbps, 100Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps or 800Mbps under the Plan(s) are subject to
SSTC – Maxis Fibre (https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/broadband/maxis-fibre/).
For clarity, any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, SSTC – Maxis Postpaid and SSTC – Maxis Fibre, this
SSTC shall take precedence.

Availability of Service(s)
9. Maxis Fibre is only available in certain coverage areas. Call 123 (from your mobile), 1800 82 1123 or log
onto https://www.maxis.com.my/broadband/maxis-fibre/coverage/to check if you are within the coverage
area.
Eligibility
10. You are ineligible for this Plan if you owe us any payments.
11. This Plan is inapplicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
12. The provision of Service(s) is contingent on your Premises being-fibre ready and having a termination point
within the Premises.
Charges
15. Non-Malaysian is subject to payment of foreign deposit according to each of the Maxis Postpaid Plan and
Maxis Fibre.
16. Non-payment for any one of the Service under the Plan may result in suspension or barring of all the Services
until the outstanding amount is paid.
17. We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend,
restrict the Service(s) (including downgrade your Maxis Postpaid plan) for such time as we see fit or terminate,
discontinue or disconnect the Service(s) if your usage:
a. shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on our Network;
b. is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
c. is not in accordance with the Maxis Fair Usage Policy at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-
conditions/personal/general/maxis-fair-usage-policy/; or
d. is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
18. For data allocated with the Plan, you acknowledge and accept:
a. If the combined mobile data usage of your principal line, your shared lines and your Maxis 4G Backup
exceed 300GB in a month, Maxis may at its absolute discretion limit the quality of video streaming and/or
browsing speed;
b. The mobile internet package allocated within the Plan is exclusively for domestic usage only;
c. You can opt for upgrades or downgrades at any Maxis Service Centre or Maxis Exclusive Partners (MEP)
or our call 123 from mobile; and
d. If you upgrade or downgrade to another Maxis Postpaid plan, your monthly commitment fee will be pro-
rated against your billing cycle date. You will be charged the full commitment fee from the second month
onwards but with full mobile internet package allocation from the first month.
Roaming
19. The rates outlined in the Plan structure do not account for usages while on an overseas roaming network.

20. You will only be able to enjoy the benefits of the Services after the activation of your subscribed Maxis
Postpaid 98, 108, 128, 158, 188 and Maxis Fibre 30Mbps, 100Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps, 800Mbps under the
Plan(s). For clarity:
a. if for any reason, your subscribed Maxis Postpaid 98, 108, 128, 158, 188 and/or Maxis Fibre 30Mbps,
100Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps, 800Mbps under the Plan(s) fails to be activated or installed, you are
deemed not to have been registered for the Plan(s); and
b. if either of your subscribed Maxis Postpaid 98, 108, 128, 158, 188 or Maxis Fibre 30Mbps, 100Mbps,
300Mbps, 500Mbps, 800Mbps is successfully activated or installed, you are deemed to have been
registered for the respective plans.
21. Upon registration for the Plan, your registered Maxis Postpaid plan and Maxis Fibre plan must be kept active
and cannot be suspended for whatsoever reason to enable you to continue to enjoy the benefits of the
unlimited Services.
22. Maxis Fibre 4G Backup Service is an optional service under this Plan and is only available to Maxis Unlimited
Postpaid and Fibre customers.
23. If you subscribe to Maxis Fibre 4G Backup Service, we will provide you with a 4G dongle at no additional cost.
A minimum commitment period of 12-months applies to the Maxis Fibre 4G Backup Service starting on the
date of SIM Card activation(“12-Months 4G Backup Commitment Period”). In the event you terminate the Maxis
Fibre 4G Backup Service or this Plan within the minimum commitment period, an early termination fee of
RM200 will apply.
24. In the event your Residential Gateway (“RGW”) is not compatible with the 4G dongle, upon your request Maxis
will perform a RGW swap from existing RGW to a new RGW that supports the 4G dongle, subject to the
following conditions:
a. For customer who subscribed Maxis Fibre plan via Maxis, you must re-contract a new minimum 24-month
commitment period on your Maxis Fibre plan (“New Maxis Fibre Commitment Period”) starting from the
date of installation of the RGW swap. In the event you terminate Maxis Fibre Plan within the New Fibre
Commitment Period, an early termination charge will apply as provided under your Maxis Fibre plan
at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/broadband/maxis-fibre/.
b. For customer who subscribed Maxis Fibre plan not via Maxis, a minimum commitment period of 24-
months on your Maxis Fibre 4G Backup Service shall apply (“24-Months 4G Backup Commitment Period”).
In the event you terminate Maxis Fibre 4G Backup Service within the 24 Months 4G Backup Commitment
Period, an early termination charge will apply as provided under your Maxis Fibre plan
at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/broadband/maxis-fibre/. Early termination
charge for Maxis Fibre 4G Backup Service and RGW is not mutually exclusive.
25. You are strictly not allowed to remove the Maxis Equipment (including any SIM Card) from the RGW or remove
the RGW from the physical fibre cable without Maxis’ written permission. The specific device warranty for the
dongle may be void and Service(s) may be barred or terminated if SIM Card is removed from the 4G
dongle/RGW.
26. You are strictly not allowed to use the Maxis Fibre 4G backup SIM Card in any other location other than the
registered Maxis Fibre plan installation address. Services may be barred or terminated if Maxis Fibre 4G
Backup SIM Card is used in a location other than the registered Maxis fibre installation address.
27. You are strictly not allowed to use the Maxis Fibre 4G Backup when your subscribed Maxis Fibre plan is
connected and there are no service interruptions. Maxis reserves the right to bar or terminate the Services if
we detect your Maxis Fibre 4G Backup is used when your subscribed Maxis Fibre plan is connected and there
are no service interruptions.
28. In the event that the Maxis Equipment (including any SIM Card) is lost or broken, you will be charged
accordingly for the replacement and delivery of Maxis Equipment. The charge will appear in the next monthly
bill.
29. There is no guarantee of speed. Availability of the Services depends on mobile data or fibre coverage.
30. Suspension or barring or termination of the Services or this Plan will also cause Maxis Fibre 4G Backup to be
suspended or barred or terminated at the same time.
31. The roaming functionality of the SIM Card for Maxis Fibre 4G Backup is disabled by default. However if you
wish to enable roaming using the said SIM Card, you will be charged the prevailing roaming charges as set
out in the Pay-Per-Use Tariff as stated in https://www.maxis.com.my/lifestyle/roaming-idd/international-
roaming/.
32. For any issue related to the delivery or lost of SIM Card for Maxis Fibre 4G Backup, you are required to
contact Maxis to make arrangement for delivery or replacement of such Sim Card.
Termination
33. Subject to our GTC and this SSTC, a principal line holder may at any time terminate the Plan as follows:
a. by calling our customer care line at 1-800-82-1123 or dial 123 from your mobile;
b. by walking into our Maxis Centres listed on maxis.com.my; or
c. by writing in to customercare@maxis.com.my.
34. Upgrade or downgrade of the Maxis Postpaid or Maxis Fibre under this Plan is allowed.
35. Maxis shall have the right to immediately terminate this Plan if:
a. you terminate either or both Maxis Postpaid plan/ Maxis Fibre plan under this Plan; or
b. you nominate or exchange your Plan to another Maxis Postpaid line or Maxis Fibre line within the same
account.
c. after signing up to this Plan, you fail to make full payment of any amount due within 30 days of the
statement due date.
36. Upon termination of your Plan as per clause 34 above, all the unlimited benefits under this Plan will
automatically cease to be applicable to you and you may be liable for all applicable Early Termination
Charges under Maxis Fibre Plan at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/broadband/maxis-
fibre/, notwithstanding that your respective Maxis Postpaid plan and Maxis Fibre plan will continue as normal.
37. For any planned interruption of Service(s), adequate notice will be provided via a valid mobile number and/or
any other mode of communication as we may deem appropriate.
Others
38. Upon your subscription to the Plan, you are eligible to enter into selected device contracts with us, which are
subject to the respective device contract terms and conditions including device warranty (if any). Subscription
to the Plan(s) does not affect your existing device contracts with us (if any).
39. Upon your subscription to the Plan(s), you are no longer entitled to subscribe for the Share ‘n’ Surf Service
(https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/postpaid/mobile-internet/).This term will continue to
apply to you even if you are no longer subscribe to the Plan(s).;
40. For Porting out request after your subscription to the Plan, subject to the terms and conditions under Maxis
Fibre plan, you are required to contact Maxis to detach Maxis Fibre from the Plan before any Porting out
request.
General
1. The Plan: Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Maxis Home 4G WiFi. Under the Plan, you will enjoy unlimited mobile
internet data on your subscribed *Maxis Postpaid plan(s) when you successfully signed up to both Maxis
Postpaid and Maxis Home 4G WiFi.
(*The applicable Maxis Postpaid plan(s) under the Plan are Maxis Postpaid 98, 108, 128, 158 and 188)
2. You: Person signing up for the Plan.
3. If you move and/or change any of your current Service(s)’ rate plan to the Plan, you will not be able to carry
forward any promotions/benefits that you are currently enjoying under your existing rate plan to the Plan you
subscribed to.
4. The Plan and use of the Service(s) under the Plan is subject to the General Terms & Conditions
(“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-consumer/, this Service
Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions,
all at maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal.
5. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
6. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall
be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
7. Further, please note that:
a. the Maxis Postpaid plan(s) under the Plan is subject to the SSTC – Maxis Postpaid
(https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/postpaid/maxis-postpaid/); and
b. the Maxis Home 4G WiFi under the Plan are subject to SSTC – Maxis Home 4G WiFi
(https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/broadband/maxis-home-4g-wifi/).
For clarity, any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, SSTC – Maxis Postpaid and SSTC – Maxis Home
4G WiFi, this SSTC shall take precedence.
8. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the Plan and our pricing. Where reasonably
practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user
guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on
the Plan and Service(s) under the Plan at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/, including
changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s) and/or Plan (after the Effective Date of any
revision/change to the terms and conditions of Services and/or the Plan) shall constitute unconditional
acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such
revisions/changes, you will terminate the Plan and/or the use of the Services under the Plan by giving us
notice within 28 days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.
Eligibility
9. You are not eligible for the Plan if you have any outstanding payments with us.
10. The Plan is not applicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
11. Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria for the Plan from time to
time.
Charges
15. Non-Malaysian is subject to payment of foreign deposit according to each of the Maxis Postpaid Plan and
Maxis Home 4G WiFi.
16. Non-payment for any one of the Services under the Plan may result in suspension or barring of all the Services
under the Plan until the outstanding amount is paid.
18. For data allocated with the Plan, you acknowledge and accept:
a. if the combined mobile data usage of your principal line and your shared lines exceed 300GB in a month,
Maxis may at its absolute discretion limit the quality of video streaming and/or browsing speed;
b. the mobile internet package allocated within the Plan is exclusively for domestic usage only;
c. you can opt for upgrades or downgrades of your Maxis Postpaid plan at any Maxis Service Centre or
Maxis Exclusive Partners (MEP) or our call 123 from mobile; and
d. if you upgrade or downgrade to another Maxis Postpaid plan, your monthly commitment fee will be pro-
rated against your billing cycle date.
Roaming
19. The Charges and/or rates outlined in the Plan structure do not account for usages while on an overseas
roaming network. For overseas roaming, the prevailing data roaming charges are available
at https://www.maxis.com.my/lifestyle/roaming-idd/international-roaming/. Charges displayed do not include
any applicable taxes.
20. You will only be able to enjoy the benefits of the Plan after the successful activation of your subscribed (a)
Maxis Postpaid plan; and (b) Home 4G WiFi under the Plan. For clarity:
a. if for any reason, your subscribed Maxis Postpaid plan and/or Home 4G WiFi under the Plan fails to be
activated or installed, your registration for the Plan will be deemed unsuccessful; and
b. if only either of your subscribed Maxis Postpaid plan or Home 4G WiFi plan is successfully activated or
installed, then only such plan will be deemed to have been registered. However, your registration for the
Plan will be deemed unsuccessful.
21. Upon successful registration for the Plan, both your registered Maxis Postpaid plan and Maxis Home 4G WiFi
plan must be kept active and cannot be suspended for whatsoever reason to enable you to continue to enjoy
the benefit(s) of the Plan.
Termination
22. Subject to our GTC and this SSTC, a principal line holder may at any time terminate the Plan as follows:
a. by calling our customer care line at 1-800-82-1123 or dial 123 from your mobile;
b. by walking into our Maxis Centres listed on www.maxis.com.my; or
c. by writing in to customercare@maxis.com.my.
23. Upgrade or downgrade of the Maxis Postpaid plan under the Plan is allowed.
24. Maxis shall have the right to immediately terminate the Plan if:
a. you terminate either or both your Maxis Postpaid plan and/or Maxis Home 4G WiFi plan under this Plan;
or
b. if you transfer your Maxis Postpaid line or Maxis Home 4G WiFi line under the Plan to another account
holder;
c. after signing up to this Plan, you fail to make any payment for any Service(s) due to Maxis within 30 days
of the statement due date.
25. Upon termination of the Plan as per clause 23 above, all the benefit(s) under the Plan will automatically cease
to be applicable to you. For the avoidance of doubt:
a. if you have signed up for the Maxis Home 4G WiFi Device Contract Offer (“Device Contract Offer”), upon
the termination of the Plan or the Maxis Home 4G WiFi plan, the Device Contract Offer will be terminated
as well as per the SSTC for Maxis Home 4G WiFi Device Contract (available
at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/broadband/maxis-home-4g-wifi-device-
contract/and you may be liable for early termination charges, if applicable; and
b. if only one of the Services under the Plan is terminated, the other remaining Services will continue as
normal but without the benefit(s) of the Plan.
26. For any planned interruption of Service(s) under the Plan, adequate notice will be provided via a valid mobile
number and/or any other mode of communication as we may deem appropriate.
Others
27. Upon your subscription to the Plan, you are eligible to enter into selected device contracts with us, which are
subject to the respective device contract terms and conditions including device warranty (if any). Subscription
to the Plan does not affect your existing device contracts with us (if any).
28. Upon your subscription to the Plan, you are no longer entitled to subscribe for the Share ‘n’ Surf Service
