Support
Imark Digital will provide hardware and software technical support to the Merchants that shall
comprise of the following:
• Imark Digital will maintain a call center for handling merchant complaints / issues / requests.
The center will remain open from 9:00 AM till 8:00 PM (NPT) seven days a week.
• Imark Digital will provide support during off-hours for urgent cases with a support person on
call.
• Imark Digital will ensure that all the issues related to software and hardware are resolved in
minimal time.
