General Notes :-
1 All HR plate cut edges will be flame cut/shear cut. This is acceptable practice in fabrication industry.
2 There could be some warpage/waviness in flanges and web due to welding/raw material/ handling etc but these will be within relevant standard tolerances.
3 Back coat of pre-painted sheets will be Interarch grey but there could be minor variation with respect to different lot and different supplier.
4 Steel structure & Cold Form ites will be supplied in primed condition but there could be some handling and transportation scratches on items at the time of receving at site .
5 In roll forming products i.e roof and cladding sheet etc there could be some oil canning because every raw material coil have some waviness within relevant Standard.
6 Holes are made by following process i.e punching/ drilling/CNC flame and plasma cut as per acceptable industry practice
7 Shot blasting on secondary items i.e. Sag rod is not possible due to chance of thread damage, sag rod will be cleaned manually by solvant and emery paper.
8 QA/QC checks to be done in plant only before material dispatch, at site material can be verified only for visual condition.
