My top five dream companies

As my major subject is finance that’s why I choose five financial institution. I
choose finance because I love to work with any financial statement and managing
money. I want to work for Bank and non-bank financial institution in a local or
multinational company especially in finance department where enormous
opportunities for professional growth with increasing responsibility. Let’s see my
top five dream companies where I want to see myself after 3-4 years.
1. Eastern Bank Ltd.
EBL is one of the most recognized and respected local service brands, delivering
outstanding, innovative products and premier service to our customers. Our
success is built on the team and individual achievements of our people. For the
individuals who help us achieve it, the career potential is huge. The fact is that they
can go as far as they want to. And that is why we have been able attract and recruit
finest people in the country.

Post name: Trainee Assistant Officer, Cash Area
Prime responsibility:
 Make payment and receive of cash efficiently, flawlessly; within shortest
possible time.
 Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring service excellence in cash area.
 Achieve set business target of loans and deposits.
 Stay alert against fake notes, fraudulent transaction and money laundering.
 Necessary maintenance/ cash loading/ reconcile of ATM.

to meet deadlines.
 Willing to visit frequently different Union and Upazilla up to village level as
well as with counterpart.
 Must possess good command in both English & Bengali.

 Must have good persuasion & excellent presentation skill.
Conclusion: I think I have some skills and knowledge with which I can add value
in any organization. As a fresher, I have theoretical knowledge, but I can hard
work for my organization. I will put my best efforts for the good progress of my
organization and try to fulfill all the needs of the company from me. I always ready
to take challenges and risk for solving any problem. I want to be a winning team
member of any organization. Most of the employers look for employees who have
good communication skill, Problem solving skill, Leadership skill, managerial
skill, critical thinking, Punctuality and who is master of a particular specialization.
So, I believe I have some interpersonal skills, hard skills and experiences that
proved I am an employable person. I am confident that if I get the opportunity to
serve in one of these five organization. I will prove myself to be an important asset
for their organization through my dedication, sincerity, honesty, experience and
highest level of professionalism.
