I. Classroom Policies:
1. Please be on-time during the face-to-face classes.
2. Everyone is required to practice good etiquette at all times.
3. Always come to class prepared and ready to learn.
4. Respect begets respect. Everyone should respect one another by being
courteous and sensitive at all times.
5. Students who commit repetitive absences and failure of output submission
will be subjected for dropping the subject.
6. An INC grade will be given to students who failed to submit 3 outputs
including the terminal output in the google classroom.
7. Students may contact the teacher concerned via the official group chat of
the class or teacher’s personal FB messenger accounts with courtesy of the
following:
a. greetings before stating the concern;
b. being sensitive with time and avoid contacting late night; and
c. state the purpose with respect.
Example: Good day, Sir Sison! I am your student under LEA 211 May I
ask some clarifications regarding the assignment given? Thank you for
your response.
COURSE TITLE: CDI 402 - Introduction to Cybercrime and Environmental Laws and Protection
COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course provides the overview of Cybercrime and Environment. It will lay the
overview of our ecosystem, biodiversity and its relation to human survival and sustainable development.
It includes the environmental laws, the detection of violation, conduct of investigation, evidence
required and prosecution, and also the applicable jurisprudence.
The cybercrime part, will take on basic understanding of computer technology, history of cybercrimes,
nature and types of cybercrimes, incident response, collection and preservation; digital investigative
plan, and the applicable legal provision.
