HPDI MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

The follow maintenance schedule has been compiled from current HPDI Owner's Manuals. The maintenance schedules
in the Owner's Manuals are periodically updated and may differ from the maintenance schedules shown in the applicable
Service Manuals. It is adviseable to verify with the customer what operations you will perform.

Some items may not apply to specific models.

Maintenance intervals are either engine running hours or months/years since last maintenance - whichever occurs first.

Owner's Manual, 1998 ~ current, are available in the YMBS Technical Library.
The "●” symbol indicates the actions which the consumer may carry out.
The "O” symbol indicates work to be carried out by a Yamaha authorized dealer.

*NOTE: The service intervals were developed based upon “typical” use that includes operating at varied speeds, sufficient
time for the engine warm up and cool down, medium to light loads and average cruising speed near 3000 ~ 4000 rpm
range. As with any engine, if the customer's normal operating conditions are different, more frequent service should be
considered, especially engine oil and gear oil. Examples might include: extended Wide Open Throttle use or long periods
of idling or trolling, carrying heavy loads and frequent starting and stopping or shifting. Changing fuel formulations could
require more frequent fuel filter changes and fuel system maintenance.

***NOTE: Installations without a boat-mounted 10-micron filter may require more frequent changing.
