    confident that my 16 years of solid experience and diverse capabilities in project management make me an ideal candidate
    to successfully fulfill this position.

    During my time working at Al-Ghazi Tractors, I was the head of Projects and Plant Engineering and leading a team of 5
    engineers and 39 technicians. I was additional charged by the CEO of the company for the implementation of Japanese
    Management System at Al-Ghazi Tractors, including 5S and Kaizen and custodian of the Plant’s KPIs.

    I was commended by my heads at different companies for demonstrating strong skills in:

     Developing and getting approved the Business Cases and Feasibilities of strategic level projects.
     Proactively managing large-scale and time-sensitive MEP projects including HVAC scope.
     Developing effective solutions to critical problems aroused during project execution.
     Identifying potential risks and opportunities with developing plan to mitigate and avail in timely manner.
     Balancing stakeholder expectations with those of the company.
     Influencing scope changes and creeps proactively to ensure compliance of time and budget constraints of the
    projects.
     Implementing effective safety standards on project site by applying Hazard identification and risk assessment.
     Implementing Agile Methodology of managing complex projects.

    In my time at different organizations (especially at Indus Motors), I was noted for having achieved the following:

     Executing a number of highly profitable projects with budgets up to 2.5 Billion Rupees.
     Reduced the Vehicle Cost by 60,000 Rs. at Indus Motor, which resulted in daily saving of 1.2 M.Rs.
     Implementing PMP’s project management framework to manage different projects at multiple plants of Feroze
    1888 Textile Mills.
     Getting the feasibility approved at Al-Ghazi Tractors for new sheet metal parts with a saving of 0.54 M. Rs. on
    monthly basis.

    Furthermore, I have strong academic background (B.E Mechanical from NED University and PMP Certification) to ground my
    work. I plan to draw on the agile and effective methodologies at your client’s premises to effectively complete project
    scheduling, issue tracking, risk assessment and resource management tasks.
