PAYMENT
All room reservations are guaranteed by guest(s) credit card detail(s). They will be used to settle either any prepayment or deposit required and all room charges upon their check out. Please be informed that Statebooking.Com will not take any responsibility on any Cancellation, No Show, uncollected amount or charges incurred. It is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of your company to check and verify that the card details of our guests given to you are valid.

RATES CHANGE
It is IMPORTANT to advise and keep us update on any rates change or special promotions made by your hotel from time to time. This will assist us: 1. To sell and feature your hotel rates correctly 2. Statebooking.Com cannot be held liable for omissions or errors, whether temporary or permanent of a propertys facilities and services, should we failed to receive any updates or changes from your end. Statebooking.Com will not be liable for any property damage or any unpaid charges incurred by the guests or those traveling with them to you during their stay in your hotel. It is granted by you for us to copy, print, reproduce, disassemble, upload, download, store, display in public, alter or modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce (except as provided herein), create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display or in any way exploit, any of the Content or Pictures given, in whole or in part. Statebooking.Com will not be held liable or any damages or loss arising from any events which are beyond the reasonable control of Statebooking.Com. Such event shall include Acts of God, strikes, government action, compliance with any laws, regulations or orders, civil war, industrial disputes, power failure, hardware and or system failure, malfunction or breakdown, failure of internet transmission or links, system hacking, software contamination, howsoever caused.

MOTO facility This method of payment where you can pay through the MOTO facility whereby you pay into our Public Bank Account through your credit card. Delinquent account We reserve the right to refer your outstanding to a debt collector / lawyer. Interest at 10% per annum will be charged on the outstanding balance.
