IMPORTANT
During Habagat Season (June to mid-November), all resorts in Boracay install mesh screens or
windbreakers to diffuse the strong monsoon winds blowing from the island's western side
where the four-kilometer stretch of white beach and hotel/resorts are located. For this reason,
the rooms facing the sea will be obstructed by the windbreakers during this period

Terms and Conditions
REMINDER
For the Standard Room, please indicate the preferred bed type under other requets. Failure to indicate the preferred bed type will result in
having whatever bed type is available.
CHILD POLICY
Children 4 years old and below sharing the same bed with parents are free of charge on accommodation and breakfast.
Children 5 to 9 years old sharing the same bed with parents will be charged PHP 650++ (PHP 793 net) per child per night.
10 years old and above are considered as adults.

For safety concerns, children are not allowed in the Suite Heaven.

BOAT TRANSFER
The cost of all transport service, if not covered by the rate plan you booked, shall be added to the total reservation cost.

For boat transfers, travel time may vary depending on sea and weather conditions.
Upon confirming your preferred transport service, you certify that the flight itinerary you provided is valid and accurate. In the event that
changes occur with regard to your flight itinerary, please contact us at online@twoseasonsresorts.com, so we can make necessary
adjustments, subject to availability.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in at the resort is at 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Departing guests are requested to check-out by 12:00 pm on the day of departure.
NO SHOW
Two Seasons Hotel & Resorts will automatically release roooms blocked after 6:00 PM if guest does not show up. Unless prior arrangement has
been made.
No show and cancellations caused by flight delays and/or flight cancellations is subject to forfeiture. The hotel/resort will not be held liable for
any provision of refund/rebooking with regard to cancellations due to circumstances within the airline's control (example but not limited to
maintenance or crew problems, technical concerns, aircraft cleaning, baggage loading, fueling etc)
MANDATORY GALA DINNER
Christmas Eve Gala Dinner (24th) - payable upon check-in if not included in the room rate
New Year's Eve Gala Dinner (31st) - payable upon check-in if not included in the room rate

PROMOTIONS AND PACKAGES
Promotions and packages cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers, contract and discounts (example: PWD, senior citizen etc).

FORCE MAJEURE
Two Seasons Boracay Resort shall not be liable to the guest or travel agency/tour operator for instances of failure to or delay in performing
any of its obligations under this agreement, if the delay or failure is due to force majeure.

Any additional expenses incurred from changes in schedule brought about by weather, road, and local conditions shall be borne by the
passengers or travel agency/tour operator. However, best effort will be extended in assisting the guests and safeguarding their interests.

In case cancellation is due to fortuitous events, force majeure, or acts of God, as defined by law, both parties will make an agreement for re-
scheduling.
Cancellations caused by government restrictions can be re-scheduled but not refunded if booking is within the cancellation policy or if it states
that it is non-refundable.
PAYMENT
Guests will be charged in Philippine Peso.
To prevent fraud, guest/s using another person's credit card is required to present a Letter of Authorization, as well as a photocopy of: a) the
credit card used in booking, and; b) a valid government-issued photo ID of the cardholder. These documents shall be presented at check-in.
In the event that the guest fails to present these requirements, Two Seasons Hotel & Resorts reserves the right to collect the payment and not
accept the guest for check-in.
Receipt issued by Pesospay, Asiapay, Paypal or eGHL should be presented along with the confirmation email upon check-in.
PREPAYMENT
The total cost of the reservation including add-ons and transfers (if applicable) will be charged upon booking. If not, any remaining balance will
be collected prior to check-in.
In case of REFUND due to cancellation the following fees will be charged:
3% from the initial amount will be charged (transaction fee)
Please note that in some cases, refund might be done manually and guests will shoulder the bank charges/transaction fees aside from the
initial 3% charged by Paypal, Asiapay, Pesopay and/or eGHL.
Crediting takes around 7 - 21 business days (depending on your bank)

BOOKINGS
The hotel reserves the right to relocate any booking to another hotel of similar size and standard and refuse any booking for any good reason.
OTHERS
Should the number of guest/s exceed the actual number of persons indicated in the accommodation voucher upon arrival, Two Seasons
Boracay Resort shall not in any way be liable or responsible for the non-accommodation of the undeclared person/s. If the room has adequate
space to accommodate the undeclared guest/s, an extra person charge will apply.
Two Seasons Hotel & Resorts will strictly follow the updated IATF and DOT protocols which includes, but not limited to allowable occupants per
room, restrictions on children and senior citizens, all other safety guidelines. This will be enforced until further notice.
