    This is to certify that as of October 29, 2019 the Irrigation System of David
    Communal Farmer Irrigators Association located at Municipality of San Jose, Province of
    Tarlac covering an area of Three Hundred (300) hectares is fully COMPLETED and is ready
    for actual use.

    This is to certify further that David Communal Farmer Irrigators Association


    represented by its President Mr. Bernabe Macadangdang accepts the Irrigation System
    as of October 29, 2019 as complete and ready for actual use.

    David Communal Farmer Irrigators Association likewise accepts the cost of


    the irrigation system not exceeding TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND
    TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX PESOS AND 20/100 (P 2,708,226,20).
