(Physical Education)

I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to:
1. familiarize herself/himself with the different chess pieces and its moves;
2. play chess properly by moving the chess pieces according to its use; and
3. show cooperation and participation while playing.

each chess piece, each group will then
identify the chess piece I’m describing.
And once we got the correct answer, the
group who got the right piece will post
the finished puzzle on the board.

3. Application

Since you have learned the moves, and

names of the chess pieces, you will now
be applying it by playing the game.
But the twist is, you will be the chess
pieces.
Groups 1 and 2 will be the white team.
Groups 3 and 4 will be the black team.
And group 5 will be the players of both
teams. Group 5 will divided into two
groups.
Each group will be given 5 seconds to
move a piece in every turn.
The first team to capture 5 chess pieces
of the opposing teams wins the game.
(The teacher will give a special reward
to the group who performed well.)
