    LEARNERS WHO
    ARE GIFTED
    AND TALENTED
    What are
    Gifted and Talented
    Learners?
    Gifted and Talented Learners
    Gifted and talented learners are individuals that can most
    likely learn at a faster phase when they are doing what they
    are interested in. These kinds of learners are more
    motivated especially on tasks that interests them, some of
    these students may be in the line of Visual Arts, Music,
    Intellectual Giftedness and in Performing Arts.
    VISUAL ARTS

    These learners typically exhibit a strong


    sense of creativity and show fluency of
    imagination and expression. The
    elements of composition, color, space
    and movement are handled with
    greater sensitivity by visually gifted
    students.
    Music

    Learners who are gifted and talented in music show


    early evidence of strong musical memory,
    exceptional listening skills (including rapid
    memorization, analysis, and evaluative abilities) and
    innate understanding of music structure, including
    harmony, key, rhythm, melody, and form.
    Intellectually Gifted
    These learners have easier and
    faster school learning, and has the
    ability to perform complex mental
    tasks. They possess superior
    intelligence, with potential or
    demonstrated accomplishments in
    several fields of study.
    Performing Arts
    Learners with outstanding talent who perform or
    show the potential for performing at remarkably
    high levels of accomplishment when compared with
    others of their age, experience, or environment.
    They exhibit outstanding ability in expressing self,
    feeling, and mood in front of an audience.
    Learning Environments
    These children should have a classroom with differentiated activities, has the same
    topics but has more options to do for their outputs.
