 Responsible for End-to-End IT Recruitment life-cycle which involves Understanding the


Requisitions, Identifying Sourcing Channels, Conducting Hiring Events such as Walk-in
Drive, and Scheduled Interviews, Salary Negotiations, Documentations & Post-Offer

 Salary and Notice period negotiation


 Maintaining the Track of each candidate as daily report

 Sourcing resumes through different job portals like Naukri, Monster, and Social
Networking sites, References etc..,

 Mass mailing the candidates through different portals and critical sourcing
 Based on the clients requirements screening the resumes and judging the candidate to
meet the particular requirement

 Initial phone screening of candidates to judge communications and background

 Scheduling up the interviews, taking feedbacks from HR

 Preparing candidates for interviews, and negotiating pay rates

 Provide information to account managers obtained from candidates, which may be


helpful towards the development of new business

 Keeping track of candidate for future references. After the candidate is selected by the
client negotiating with the candidate regarding the joining date and salary

 Constantly be in touch with the candidate until he joins

 Maintaining a cordial relationship with the candidate even after the candidate joins the
client place

 Co-ordinate with other recruiters to work as a team.
