 On the receipt of the Resource Requirement liaise with the Managers to


understand the requirement effectively and develop the recruitment plan
accordingly.
 Sourcing, Screening & Shortlisting profiles through various sources like Head
Hunting, candidate referrals, Social Networking Sites, Database, Job portals w.r.t.
Clients requirements
 Working in Application Tracking System (ATS) to upload resumes, Interview
