Japet's banana recipe is the banana delicacies in the Philippines which


are loved by many Filipinos. Since the business will be dealing with
banana recipes that are presented by students with Filipino culture
based , it best fits as the name of the business.

The business is to be situated at ACLC College of Ormoc, Lilia Avenue,


Brgy. Cogon
Ormoc City, Philippines.

1.3 Nature of Business

Japet's Banana Recipe Pinoy is a great company with delicious banana


recipe found in typical Filipino household. Company that provides you
with a delicious banana recipes with a staple Filipino street snack,
banana-cue are deep-fried plantain bananas coated in plain or
caramelised brown sugar. Sometimes, they are wrapped inside a
spring roll wrapper with some jackfruit and deep-fried until golden
brown and crispy – this version is called turon. This reminds filipinos of
their favorite snacks with a delicious taste made by students from the
Philippines. Upon, registration, the company will be represented
by the company’s General Manager, Pinky Dela Cruz Aballe.

PRODUCT / SERVICE

Features
Turon typically consists of sliced bananas and ripe jackfruit sprinkled
with brown sugar and rolled in thin pastry skin. It is deep-fried until
crispy and golden brown. It is sometimes sprinkled with sesame seeds.
My version includes a thin caramel coating on the outside.Banana
chips are thinly sliced bananas either lengthwise or crosswise. The
slices are deep fried in hot oil and packed in tightly sealed pouches.
They come in sweetened or salted flavors and others with banana
essence. The product is crispy, golden yellow in color with a
characteristic flavor and aroma of banana.Sinugbang Saging or
Ginanggang is typical merienda fare sold. Purists would insist on using
only Star margarine!

Advantages
Bananas contain natural sugars such as glucose, fructose, and
sucrose, which can provide a quick boost of energy. The power of the
potassium in bananas can benefit the body in more ways than one.Our
recipe also has culture empowering styles to let the world
experience the diverse cultures of the Philippines and these recipes
are made by students from Ormoc City, Philippines. Enjoy! Banana:
