TYPE OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATION

"Big Brew Milk Tea Shop is in the process of registering as a partnership with

the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). The business partners will be in

charge of the general management, including marketing and finance, while

the day-to-day operations will be managed by a team of three individuals.

There are many advantages in having a partnership type of business

organization; partners can bring different skills, knowledge and expertise to

the business, allowing an excellent and capable management team. With

multiple business partners there are more people to contribute in decision

making to improve the overall success of the business. Keep in mind that

while partnerships have many advantages, there are also obligations and

possible problems. To address issues like profit distribution, ways to make

decisions, and dispute resolution, a clear partnership agreement must be in

place. When establishing a partnership, seeking legal and financial advice is

advisable.

your product in other stores so that if someone buys from you, he will buy

your product because your price is not far from other stores and the quality of

your product is good and worth the pocket. Every problem a business faces

must have a corresponding solution. Because if you just ignore it, your

business will fail.
