1.1 History of Raletta Technology Indore

Raletta technology private limited incorporated on 21st July 2017. It is classified as non-
government company and is registered at registrar of companies, Gwalior. Its authorized
share capital is ₹100,000 and its paid-up capital is ₹100,000.

Raletta technology private Limited’s annual general meeting (AGM) was last held on 28th
September 2019 and as per records from ministry of corporate affairs (MCA), its balance
sheet was last filed on 31st march 2019.

1.2 OBJECTIVES OF Raletta Technology Indore

 Increasing sales or leads is a top-level objective of the company.

2.1 Personnel Management:


 Human Resource Department:
Human Resources (HR) are the department within a business that is responsible for all
things worker-related. That includes recruiting, vetting, selecting, hiring on boarding.
training, promoting, paying and firing employees and independent contractors. HR is
also the department that stays on top of new legislation guising how workers need to
be treated during the hiring working and firing process HR is considered by many
business strategists to be the most important of all company resources. That's because
employees can gain new skills, thereby increasing the size of a company's competitive
advantage overtime. Other resources simply don't have that capacity.

 Sales Department:
Sales department is a division of business that is responsible of selling of products and
services. Raletta technology is more into digital marketing & has their own product
which is an Accounting Software "MERRCHANT", The company has specific
products or services and it's up to sales to sell those things. Sales department develop
relationships with customers and or channel partners. They knock down the doors,
overcome objections, negotiate prices and terms and often work internally to be sure
their customer's orders are filled.

 Marketing Department:
A marketing department promotes your business and drives sales of its products or
services. It provides the necessary research to identify your target customers and other
audiences.

4.1 Introduction:
Digital marketing:
Digital Marketing refers to the marketing activities of a company that are carried through
the electronic devices or the internet. The type of marketing uses various digital strategies
by businesses to connect with its customers. In simple words, digital marketing is the
marketing that is done online. There are various methods under the spectrum of digital
marketing, which are as follows-

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)


• Pay-Per-Click (PPC)
• Content Marketing
• Social Media Marketing (SMM)
• Affiliate Marketing
• Email Marketing
• Inbound Marketing

4.2 Why digital marketing is important for small businesses:


Provides equal opportunity for every business:
You can see your small business growing because digital marketing provides equal
opportunities to every business. It is not a strategy only restricted to big corporations or
multinational companies. Small businesses can actually leverage their business with the
help of digital marketing. They can stand in perfect competition with the established
businesses. Also, they can make the full use of digital marketing by engaging different
clients on different platforms.

The cost-effective form of marketing:


Digital marketing does not require huge investments. Small businesses can find digital
channels that work and do not require much cost to be spent. Digital marketing, hence
becomes a ray of hope for small businesses.

The response from email marketing is also high. A combination of content marketing
with other marketing strategies together brings a high response and resultantly impacts
the revenue.

One of the reasons why digital marketing is winning over traditional marketing is that it
helps to target a specific segment. The interactions done with target audience are result-
oriented. They help to achieve predetermined goals. With e-mail marketing, one can
directly target a specific person. Therefore, digital marketing is considered the highest
personalized form of marketing.

In conclusion, without strong marketing, it is easy to fade into background and small
business can easily disappear, though, you can engage with clients and make your name
known. Marketing increases small business’s overall potential, builds your reputation,
and increases your reach, and is a tool that must be used in order to ensure small business
is the best and most successful it can be.
