would
- Your mind and body cannot function at their best.

After exercise, the best way to tell that I am dehydrated would be


- Your body will show symptoms when it is dehydrated such as darker urine,
and lack of sweat when exercising.

When I am thirsty it means


- Thirst is normally just the brain's way of warning that you're dehydrated
because you're not drinking enough fluid.

It is crucial for me to drink (8 ounces of water 20 to 30 minutes) Before (you start
exercising) During (during your warm-up) After exercise (Drink 8 ounces of water
no more than 30 minutes after you exercise.) All of the above

What fluid/ sports drink do you consume the most during exercise/ physical activity?
- if you will be exercising at a high intensity for longer than an hour, a sports
drink may be helpful. The calories, potassium, and other nutrients in sports
drinks can provide energy and electrolytes to help you perform for a longer
period of time.
