Requirements:
Select ANY ONE (1) of the following system categories:

1. Student Mobility Management System


2. Budget Tracking System
3. E-Learning System
4. Other educational or industry-based system

You are required to provide the analysis, design model and functioning system based on your
selection. In addition, all students from the ICT(DI) specialism MUST also include, within
their functioning systems, some reports/dashboards depicting some interesting descriptive
statistics generated from the data stored in the their respective systems’ databases.

Project assessment (100%)

The project is assessed on the following deliverables. Kindly refer to the Marking Scheme for
a clearer breakdown of marks for each assessment criteria.

Part 1: (Submission on week 3)


Project Proposal (CLO1)
 Proposal (Group Component) [10%]
o Please refer Section E in SDP Guideline document for the Recommended Proposal
Documentation Content.
o Marks will be awarded according to the quality of work and contributions from each
member as stated in the Workload Matrix.

Part 2: (Submission on week 12)


Project Report (CLO2)
 Final Documentation (Group/Individual Component) [45%]
o Please refer Section F in SDP Guideline document for the Recommended Final
Documentation Content.

o Evaluation includes he correctness of the diagrams and the continuity and consistency
between the required components.
o Marks will be awarded according to the quality of work and contributions from each

Project Implementation (CLO3)


 Program Implementation (Group Component) [30%]
o Evaluation includes achieved all requirements, system develop running and complete
without any error, innovative and originality of the implemented system.
o Marks will be awarded according to the quality of work and contributions from each
member as stated in the Workload Matrix.

Project Presentation (CLO4)


 Program Presentation (Individual Component) [15%]
o Evaluation includes ability to demonstrate the system, and understanding of the
technical and domain area of the case study and system developed.

Documentation assessment criteria :

1. Overall documented standard.


2. Compliance to specifications of documentation.
3. The level of consistency throughout your documentation.
4. The selection and use of appropriate techniques of analysis, design and implementation.
