Display on the monitor a sample of a survey form of a product. Then, ask them questions:

Questionnaire and survey form are often used by companies. These are distributed or posted
online for them to gather data that they need. These materials are examples of statistical materials.
D. Discussion/ Abstraction
A statistical instrument is any process that aims at describing a phenomenon by using
any instrument or device, however the results may be used as a control tool. Examples of statistical
instruments are questionnaire and surveys sampling.
Research Instruments are measurement tools (for example, questionnaires or scales)
designed to obtain data on a topic of interest from research subjects. They include the purpose/variable
measured, sample population, methodology, other instruments, items and questions and the source for
the instrument.
