    the warranty will be void, Client will shoulder freight cost upon warranty claims.

    1 Client should provide area / facility for materials and equipment storage area.
    2 Electricity and water consumption shoulder by the client.
    3 Permits / Entry pass fees shoulder by the client (if needed)
    4 This quotation is based on the floor plan given.
    5 Swimming pools features are excluded in this quotation such as pool lighting, pool pathways, fountain, heater and etc.
    6 We will quote for the additional work and features excluded in this quotation.
    7 Electrical feeder line for swimming pool MCP are excluded in this quotation.
