As the request of customer’s documents/email, we proposal
average capacity of 1000-1500 kgs per hour for medical waste
incineration. The model is TS1000. The fuel is diesel oil or gas.
Incinerator Model TS1000, Overview
This model is small-scale waste incineration equipment for small
waste output. Construction is dual/double combustion chamber
with 04 units oil burner, batch load incineration equipment. Waste
feed chamber is 4800Liters (4.8m3, TS1000). Primary & Secondary
combustion chambers and smoke filter chamber. Batch load on the
bottom of chamber. Incinerator PLC panel control suit for local
operation.

6．Technology Respond(FAQ)
Q: what is kind of waste can use in this equipment?

A: This equipment for medical waste, pet animal, Municipal waste, live waste.
Prohibit any explosive and radiation material, liquid waste and gas waste.
Q: Incinerator Smoke Standard

A: China Government Standard: No.GB18484-2001.
Q: Treatment capacity
A: Average Capacity calculated by medical waste(lower calorific power
(L.C.P): 3.0TH Kcal/Kg per hour), not mean any waste material. The
animal/pet combustion rate around 2/3 of average capacity.
Clover incinerator use time per day up to 24 hours. Between each

feed/combustion time, there are about 0.5-1 hours cooling time and time for
feeding waste. Actual combustion time per day is around 16 hours. The
lifetime of incinerator between 5-10 year according to use.
Generally, we proposal small laboratory, small clinic use capacity under 20

kgs per hour. When incinerator use in hospital, please calculate the waste
output capacity around 2kgs per people per day. If there are 200 sickbed in
the hospital, that's mean you need one incinerator capacity around 400kgs
per day, change to capacity per hour is around 30-40 kgs per hour. According
the operation time per day, waste material, budget, development, etc, you
can use capacity from 30-50 kgs per hour incinerator.
*How to calculate Animal Cremation Burn Rate: 2/3 of the medical waste.
Q: Assembly and Testing

A: We supply all documents and incinerators easy to installation and
operation. Customer can send people come to our factory to learn
installation and operation. Generally, We do not send engineer to local site if
not request. The dispatch cost is extra according to order.
Q: Combustion Temperature
A: The first combustion chamber: 800-1000 centi degree.
The second combustion chamber: 1000-1200 centi degree.

A: Default Control mode is common control case. PLC mode according to

model and order.
Q: Operation and maintenance costs

A: Operation cost according to fuel consumption rate and power/staff, etc.
Annual around $500-$1000usd per year maintenance according model, use

situation.
One person can service 02 unit incinerators. The staff should have basic
electrician knowledge to operate/inspect/maintaince
incinerator/burner/blower according to operation user guider, and know risk
of medical waste to protect worker self with necessary protection element.

etc.
2．Oil means Diesel oil fuel. Gas means natural gas fuel or LPG gas.
3．Documents under above price: Bill of lading, invoice, packing list only.
If any further documents/certification and label print/words on packing

material or documents which request by importer or local customs,
whatever happen in China or oversea, should inform seller in advance and
charge as actual cost.
For example, Fumigation Certification, embassy certificate,
BV/SGS...inspection, certificate of original (C/O), Form A, etc. Buyer must
to inform seller in advance and pay these cost. Seller save all rights to
postpone/cancel shipping and request lost cost cause this incident. If the
importer local customs arrest/request penalty or other situation caused by
buyer mistake, Clover Medical save all right to request
compensation/litigation. Thanks for your cooperation.
Insurance Notice
Bear all risks of loss of or damage to the goods from the time they have
passed the ship's rail at the named port of shipment. we proposal apply All
Risks insurance under each contract.
When customer pickup goods at local site, must inspect carefully. If any
damage happened under insurance policy, buyer should inform insurance
company local site (find contact information on insurance policy) and Clover
Medical Limited immediately. We will provide necessary assistance.
Business term under INCOTERMS 2000

1. FOB (Free on Board), the price leave China port.
2. C&F (Cost and Freight), FOB price and freight cost.
3. CIF (Cost and Insurance and Freight), FOB price and insurance fee and freight cost.

12. General Commercial Conditions
Payment Term:
50% --- Deposit payment, down payment with order to be remitted
telegraphically(T/T) to Clover’s specified bank account.
50% --- Balance payment, By T/T, before shipping day upon the actual photo
of equipment.
We do not accept Letter of credit (L/C) payment.
Delivery Time:
30-90 calendar days after receipt date of Deposit payment. In case the
balance payment not received by Clover in due time, the delivery shall be
postponed.
Penalty:
a). In the event that the seller fails to deliver the goods, the Seller shall have
to pay a penalty equivalent to 0.5%(zero point five percent) for each week of
delay to the Buyer, but the total amount of penalty shall not exceed 3% (three
percent) of the total contract value.
b). The Buyer may cancel the contract in case of delay in shipment exceeding
60 days, then the Seller has to pay a penalty as above and return deposit
payment to buyer. This has been mutually agreed between Buyer and Seller.
c). The Seller may cancel the contract in case of delay in receiving balance
payment exceeding 90 days, then the seller Do not return deposit payment.
This has been mutually agreed between Buyer and Seller.
Packing:
Equipment in wooden carton or wrapped by plastic film according to model or
order. Ship by full container(FCL) or bulk goods(LCL).
Fumigation/Disinfection Certificate is a certification document that
Fumigation/Disinfection upon the shipping wooden carton or container, to kill
the virus or pest. When we do custom clearance in China (Export), China
custom do not request this document, because this certification is request by

buyer country custom, but not all country request this. Generally, we do not
know this information and need buyer make clear before place order or
before shipping date. And we need around one week to make it before
shipping with extra cost around $200usd. Meanwhile, some models of our
incinerator without wooden carton and some models with wooded sliver
frame with plywood (man made wood) outside.
Incinerator Installation and Commissioning Services
Technicians from CLOVER are available to supervise customer’s skilled staff

for installation, commissioning, train customer’s technical and production
staff and help the staff to produce qualified end product. The charge of this
service is:
◆ USD200/ one person / one day (USD10,000 Payment in advance)

◆ Following expenses must also be borne by customer with evidential
receipt:
☆ Charge of visa application for traveling to customer’s country.
☆ Travel cost from China to customer’s site and inland transportation in
customer’s site and return China cost.
☆ Food, lodging and eventual car hire local site. (The lodging should be at
least international 3-star hotel with free internet)
All installation services, Clover send 02 engineers.

Clover’s engineers mission is operate or direct customer's worker how to do.
Local customer have to supply necessary equipment and local engineers or
workers.
Pease note that reserve the right to decide whether to go to certain countries
according to order or agreement. Generally, we proposal customer send
engineers come to Clover to learn incinerator information, and the Training
cost is free.
Warranty:
The guarantee period is 13 months from the date of bill of lading. During the
warranty period if any defects, discrepancies are discovered to the goods
and/or technical documentation thereof, the Seller shall be obliged to
remedy, at the Seller’s expenses, the faults discovered and attributable to
the Seller by repairing or replacing the defective parts in the shortest time
possible.

Force Majeure:
1). The Parties are not liable for the non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment
of their obligations hereunder, if these were caused by circumstances of
insuperable force directly or indirectly hampering the fulfillment of the
present Contract, i.e. such circumstances that are not dependent on the will
of the parties, could not be foreseen by them during the Contract signing and
prevented by reasonable facilities in case of their occurrence.
a). The circumstances specified in the clause 1). comprise: war and military
action, rebellion, epidemy, earthquakes, floods, act of agencies of State
power directly related to the subject of the present Contract and other
events which can be recognized and announced as circumstances of
insuperable force by a competent arbitral court.
b). The Party appeared to be effected by such circumstances is obliged to

immediately inform the other Party about the occurrence, type and possible
length of action of corresponding circumstances. If this Party does not inform
about the occurrence of the circumstances of insuperable force it looses its
right to refer to it except for the case such circumstances themselves
hampered to send the notification.
c). Occurrence of the circumstances specified in the present article subject

to the provisions of the clause 1) of the present Contract extends the time for
the fulfillment of the contractual obligations for the period that in general is
equal to the time of effect of occurred circumstances and reasonable time
for its elimination.
d). In case the circumstances specified in the present article last for more
then 06 months the Parties jointly determine the further juridical effect of
the present Contract.
