    MANIFESTATION WITH FORMAL ENTRY OF APPEARANCE

    COMES NOW, the Defendant, through the undersigned counsel, unto this
    Honorable Board, most respectfully states:

    1. On 20 Abril 2023, Defendant secured the assistance of the undersigned


    Bureau of Agrarian Legal Assistance of the Department of Agrarian
    Reform –Laguna Provincial Office;

    2. On 28 April 2023, the undersigned received the Letter-Request from the


    Office of Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II to represent the
    herein defendant. Hereto attached copy of the Document tracking
    System (DTS) slip of Department of Agrarian reform for the province of
    Laguna and likewise indorse to the undersigned by the Provincial
    Agrarian Reform Program Officer II with the attached Letter Request of
    defendant and marked as ANNEX “1” and made integral part hereof.

    3. Defendant is given ten (10) days from receipt to file the Answer,
    therefore, Defendant have until 8 May 2023 to file the Answer, pursuant
    to Section 38 of 2021 DARAB Revised Rules of Procedure.

    4. In view of the foregoing, Defendant hereby prays that all
    pleadings/motions, notices, orders, judgments, other court submissions,
