Hi Amy,

Thanks for asking about my trip to Chicago! It was fun. I went to visit my friend, Arturo. I took
the train from New York City. Arturo got to the station at 6:00 a.m. to pick me up, but my train
was late because there was a lot of snow and the train had to stop for a few hours. It finally got to
the station at 9:00 a.m. Arturo showed me a few interesting sights, and then we went to a Thai
restaurant for lunch. Later, we watched a movie and went swimming. I wanted to go dancing that
night, but by 10:00 p.m., I was so tired I went to bed. Arturo went to play volleyball with his
friends. He has an exciting life! I'll write more later.

See you soon!
