• Button remote : Tried changing batteries but it didn't work.

• Lamps and Ceiling lights doesn't have bulb. I borrowed it and


to operate I loosen the bulb from the holder and tighten it as
On/Off.

o Deep cleaning required:
§ Kitchen and Balcony area
• 1 Broken wooden chair in the Balcony

• House needs Deep cleaning


o Balcony needs to repaired and to be provided as for others in the neighbourhood
§ Flooring and drainage managed under it so it doesn’t look so ugly that we couldn’t think
of cleaning it myself.
• Electrical Appliances
o Require servicing for lasting maintenance
§ Washing machine
