Water

Favofit Inc www.favofit.com 1

Water is the main component of the human body. The body is actually made up of
about 60 - 70% water! I'm almost certain that before you picked up this recipe book,
you heard the age old advice of“you should drink more water.”

After all, it's something we all know, but for some reason, we don't do it. Instead, we
turn to soda and other flavorful drinks. Why? One word: Flavor.

You've just changed the game on your health. And here's why...
With this book in your hands, you've unlocked Healthy Flavorful Water also
known as Fruit Infused Water. It's the way water should be. With these recipes,
you can turn every old boring water glass into a natural, healthy, and delicious
drink.

Not only this, but fruit infusion water looks great. There's just something about
stunning fruits and vegetables, suspended in the water. So don't be surprised if
your friends and family ask what you're drinking when they see you holding Favofit
Water Bottle.

No doubt about it, water plays an important role in maintaining a healthy body.
Many studies have shown that drinking water naturally boosts your metabolism. It's
claimed to have all sorts of health benefits. I've listed more below. But before you
jump to a recipe that catches your fancy down below, consider this. Drinking fruit
and vegetable infused water on daily basis doubles the health benefits due to the
“nutritional leak out” of the fruits in the water.

Which means it's water that looks amazing and it's amazing for you!

It helps the body to get rid of toxins, improves your energy levels, and helps you to
lose weight. Fruit infused waters are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and
phytonutrients, even giving you smooth and fresh skin (see recipe #12: Magical
Water for Beautiful Skin).

I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as I do!

Here's to a happier, healthier life
