 in terms of technological and design patent rights throughout Turkey and the European Union.
2)RESTAR reserves the right to change the prices without any prior notice.
3)RESTAR reserves the right to change the model, equipment, accessory package and technical specifications of the products without prior notice.
4) RESTAR may adjust the prices of the products from time to time because of the changing price of products components and some external factors.
5) All of the products are sold based on the Ex works policy. All the charges connected with shipment will be covered by the customer.
6)The delivery due date will be confirmed while making the order 
7)All payments shall be made in Euros or US Dollars and shall be made by customer 50% in advance, while ordering + 50% of payment before the
 shipment, except for the motorhomes models which purchase requires 70% advanced payment.
8)All the vehicles’ homologation and registration fees are under the responsibility of the customer.
