    ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) would like to express sincere gratitude to the applicants of
    expert consultant for Studies on COVID 19 Impact on Energy Sector Development in ASEAN
    Region for your interests and for sending us the proposal.

    After careful internal discussion, ACE’s Management has decided to re-advertise the Call for
    Expert, in order to gather wider applicants worldwide and ensure the result of the studies with
    good deliverability, thus improving the quality of the studies.

    Candidates that already submitted the proposal and joined the interview session in the first
    Call of Expert, could improve the proposal based on the recent TOR and re-submit the
    updated proposal to ACE’s procurement team. The new submission will be considered equal
    to the other Candidate(s)”.
