    Kindest greetings, Doc! The Supreme Student Government is proposing a donation drive
    project entitled “Project Dulaan”. Project Dulaan is a toys and books donation drive that
    aims to make sure that kids that live in families with financial challenges receive a toy this
    year. The toy drive ensures that all children – their siblings in families who are especially
    in need – receive holiday gifts.

    We aspire to deploy this project from November 7, 2022, until the end of November. Our
    chosen beneficiary would be the students from Catigan Central Elementary School.
    Attached is the proposal paper containing all the details of this project. Therefore, we
    kindly ask for your time to look over our proposal.
