I know this may sound unreal to some people, but this is a great opportunity and something
I will do in real life. One of the common challenges facing the entire world is unemployment.
However, I have come to realize that it’s not that jobs don’t exists, but the problem is the
platform and channel to let people know genuine jobs. Many people have been deceived and lost
proposal is to open a genuine recruitment agency and solve all these challenges.
I hope to focus on deploying unskilled laborers overseas. My target areas will be cities and
rural areas in the United States, as well as specific counties in Europe which are facing shortages
of unskilled laborers. I would target unskilled laborers from Africa and some Asian countries so
that I can kill two birds with one stone. McMillan & Zeufack (2022) found that jobless rate in
Africa's most industrialized economy has exceeded 20% for at least two decades. This means
that there are so many Africans who would be willing to work overseas and be ready to accept
any reasonable payment. This means that I will have established a business and at the same time
help many people support themselves and their family back home.
These laborers will include security guards, cleaners, gardeners, supermarket attendants,
petrol station attendants, drivers, house managers, and any other specific job requests that I may
receive from various companies. I will establish recruitment agencies in different countries in
African and Asia, who will recruit potential candidates. They will also help potential candidates
to acquire all travelling documents, such as air ticket and visa, and coordinate with the company
or employers from abroad to ensure they are deployed safely. This is my business proposal and I
believe once I finalize the details, I will be in a position to seek financial aid and make it happen.
