    Young Talent Program (YTP) is Hyundai Motor India’s initiative to identify and hire top Engineering &
    Management talent from academic institutions across India.

    As part of the program candidates need to go through multiple assessment rounds including face-to-face
    interviews; candidates who successfully make it through the process will be offered Trainee roles (PGET/MT)
    at Hyundai Motor India offices/ operations across India.

    Eligibility: This program is open to all engineering & management students in the final year of
    graduation/post-graduation

    • Management Trainee (MT): 60% aggregate marks in Class X, Class XII, Graduation & PGDM/MB A
    specializing in Marketing, HR, Finance & Analytics.

    • Post-Engineering (PGET): 60% aggregate marks in Class X, Class XII, B. Tech & M.Tech in the areas of
    Automobile / Mechanical/ Mechatronics/Electrical.
