    ANNOTATION:

    For KRA 3 - Objective 9, I have attached a copy of


    my Performance Monitoring and Coaching Form with
    annotations highlighting how I guided my colleagues
    in planning for the selection, organization,
    development and use of appropriate teaching and
    learning resources including ICT, to address specific
    goals during coaching and mentoring
    sessions/meetings/LAC sessions/FGDs/other collegial
    discussion across 4 quarters.
    As a result, I obtained a rating of 8 on Indicator 9
    which signifies that I attained the objective – Advised
    and guided colleagues in the selection, organization,
    development and use of appropriate teaching and
    learning resources including ICT, to address
    learning goals.
    This is equivalent to 5 points (Outstanding) in the
    RPMS Rating Scale.
