    2. The panel is warranted for the period of one year
    3. Delivery period is 15-20 days from the date of purchase order.
    4. Validity of rates is 30 days from the date of quotation.
    5. The work for the panel will be started after getting the order with advance.
    6. The transportation will be charged extra as applicable

    Payments: 50% of the payment in advance with the purchase order balance before dispatch of
    panel.
