Competency Enhancement and Adoption Program (CEAP) is comprehensive CAD/BIM/VDC/CDE adoption program designed
by BIMAGE Consulting. This program has been successfully delivered to more than 500 Companies and projects.
Identifying: Identifying the need of the customer & understanding the existing methodology that they have been
following. Based on that come up with a planned approach for the removal of the Pain Points from
the ecosystem of the project.
Initiate: Post aggressive discussion about the identified problems, we move forward with the proposed
solution and brainstorm with the Customer team to deploy a planned approach. Coming up with the
key points that will be resolved, the value addition that is going to come to the customer and the
timeline that is to be fixated for execution of the project.
Implement: Based on the Solution proposed and mutually finalized, we execute the implementation program for
the customer with regular workshops, training modules and guided way-throughs to ensure the
