(This is a Hybrid role located in Bangalore/ Hyderabad, India)

We're on the hunt for a new Lead Analyst Operational Services, for our Data, Analytics, Reporting
and Tools (DART) team, that aims at the enhancement of decision making by maximizing data analytics
capabilities to transform information into insights and better outcomes.

Through data and analytics driven approach, you will play a pivotal role within Operations to enable
how we deliver projects, confirming to our goals related to on-time, on-budget and with highest levels
of customer satisfaction.

Under the direction of department and company leadership, you will implement and maintain a
comprehensive suite of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor functional,
departmental, customer, product and project level execution, while you use your expertise in data
visualization and analytics to develop dynamic online reports for monitoring and forecasting operational
performance.

As part of our team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Studying, analyzing and understanding business requirements in context to business intelligence.


• Creating data visualization and reporting solutions in collaboration with the service delivery team.
• Design and create dynamic online reports using SQL, XML, MS Power Bi, and/or Qlik Sense
• Partner as needed with the technical development team in the design of the database and data
structures to optimize reporting of data.
• Spot key performance indicators with apt objectives
• Analyze pervious and present data for better decision-making.

• Develop strong data documentation about algorithms, parameters and models.
• Provide a high-quality service and on time delivery of report sets for operational leadership.
• Maintain the primary portal that hosts operational metrics and KPIs.
• Implement, collate, and disseminate scorecards and standard reports for customers and projects.

You’ll need to bring:

• Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, programming, related degree or


equivalent work experience
• Should have 3 + years’ experience on Microsoft Power BI
• Prior exposure and an understanding of navigating through Jira.
• Good knowledge of SDLC process, metrics and measures
• Hands on experience on SQL
