Chapter 3

1- Introduction :
One of the most important things in BE is the language ,without language we do
not find noble in business ,subjects and occupation ,especially in transactions
with foreigners .in this chapter we decided to go to the Algerian Islamic bank
and ask them about the difficulties they face in dealing with English .

2- Methodology :
The methods used in this research study are based on drafting a questionnaire that
was translated into two different languages and whose answers will be containing both
quantitative and qualitative methods for simplicity and the clearance of thoughts. The
collected data are interpreted and analysed into charts and tables and accompanied by
commentaries.

3-The Questionnaires :

Two questionnaires were needed to conclude this work: The first one was in English
while the second one was the exact translation of the first one to French
in most of this questions the answers are ( YES OR NO . NEVER .ALWAYS …. ECT)
their answers were in French because they were not good at English .
most of the questions in the first part were based on personal questions in the first part such as
(AGE .GENDER .WORK …ECT) and the second part was about English language training
and educational background

4-Participants
The participants are employees from the Algerian Islamic bank BNA

5- Data Analysis :

5.1- Part One: Background Information

The result of the survey shows that the biggest percentage (40.7%) goes to the
workers aged from 35 to 45 years at the first place In the second place, workers aged from 25
to 35 with a percentage of 33.3%. At the third place, we find much older workers who are
aged from 45 to 55 with a percentage of 14.8%. And finally we have only 11.1% of workers
aged from 15-25 and above.
This question was formulated in order to know which of the two genders is more
willing to work in a bank From the figure above, we can observe that
male employees outnumber femal

As indicated in the figure, 70% of the participants are master students, 22% are licence

holders and 7.4% are of different levels of education.
