    1.0 The discharge survey includes both Q & Q

    Logistics Executive 2.0 Logistics will arrange for collection from Terminal -- draw sample from shore tank:

    Top) : 2x250ml each level.
    - 1x250ml from each level (to be sent to Vance,
    attn: Chemist) .
    Unloading 3.0 Drain 1 pail (35kg) and draw sample in 1x250ml -1x250ml from each level to be composited and
    tested by 3rd party laboratory based on the
    operator plastic bottle from bottom tanker discharge point. following full parameters:
    FFA , M&I, IV, Mineral Oil, Ester Content , ICP,
    Insoluble Impurities and Soap.

    1.2 QC will update the compilation tested results


    4.0 Send sample to the lab by draw sample in for Loadport and Discharge port in QC Skype
    Unloading operator 1x250ml plastic bottle from bottom tanker Chat.

    advice from QC and production.

    3.1 Operation personnel shall conduct spin test


    for the sample drawn. -Spin Test by centrifuge:
    5.0 Tests YES Place 15ml sample inside a tube & heat in water
    and bath 80DegC for 2 minutes. Centrifuge at 4000
    approval RPM for 2 minutes. Compare centrifuged tube
    against the printed reference that is provided by
    QC.
    NO Approval:
    Passed : Less than 0.3ml (2%)
    Unloading Operator 7.0 Draw top sample for Failed : More than 0.3ml (2%)
    centrifuge analysis
    9.0 If top sample pass, unloading operator will
    drain into IBC until spin test pass (up to 3 IBC).
    Spin test wil be conducted after every IBC
    draining.

    NO 11.0 Production to decide on discharge strategy
