    I respectfully submit that I have been doing my Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) from Sree
    Vidyanikethan College of Pharmacy, Tirupati from may 2020, At that Point of time My father Sri B.
    Raghuram, TPO, Proddatur Municipality has passed away due to COVID-19. In that instance due to
    demise of my father and family problems, I have been appointed as Junior Assistant at DTCP, AP with
    a Condition to acquire a Degree within 5 Years vide reference read (1) above.

    In this regard I have applied my Under Graduate course Bachelor in Science (BZC) in Sri
